Happy Wednesday, friends! We’re hopefully on the mend over here, and I hope everyone is well in your house! We aren’t off to the best start, but I refuse to let this sickness dictate how I’m viewing the new year! As far as I’m concerned, this started in 2021 and stays part of 2021!

The winter storms left us without power for days, resulting in busted pipes, fallen ceilings, warped floors, and mold!! The silver lining was we were able to tackle the final projects of this home, and make some necessary upgrades.
