And just like that, it’s August. Soon enough, Summer break will be over, and the kids will be heading back to school. But let’s not dwell on that, mmmmkay?
Today let’s look back at July. It was a busy one with a room makeover, lots of travel and Summer style, and just in case you took an internet hiatus, here are the top posts from last month.
I wrapped up the recaps from our Scandinavian Cruise with our time in Berlin, Helsinki, and St. Petersburg. All ports I’ll never forget…especially Russia!
Our son starts eleventh grade this year, which everyone tells us is a doozie…so we wanted to give him a dedicated study and work area. Right now it’s seeing more play and lounge, but I’m thrilled with how much he loves it!
Little Miss is slime-obsessed has been making it all Summer. She shared her non-toxic recipe in the cutest video tutorial…including bloopers and an original jingle!
I’m having so much fun with the Summer of Style series….simple outfits shared weekly to inspire your style. This month was a striped halter dress, a weekend casual, ruffles for date night, and the chicest one-piece swimsuit.
Last month also had another round of Sugarplum Style, and everyone’s favorite, Dressing Room Diaries, featuring tons of new finds, and recent outfits (and Mama Sugarplum!). I also threw in a Faves Under $50 and Gifts Under $50, featuring fun new things I’ve got my eye on.

How crazy is it that July has come and gone so quickly?!? It feels as though it was a dream, I love fall and am really hoping for long fall full of nights on the patio under our twinkling lights with some red wine. My husband is looking forward to football season, ha, men. I’m glad you had a fun filled July, here’s hoping August is just as wonderful.
