Happy Christmas Eve Eve, friends!! Can you believe we’re only a couple of days away? The anticipation is actually my favorite part… evenings by the fire with the glow of the tree, choosing and wrapping the perfect gift, all the festive movies! But also the peace of Christmas Eve night, and my kids’ happy, sleepy faces Christmas morning. It really is such a special time of year.
But regardless of the season, I’m so grateful for this little community of women! Your kindness and support mean more to me than I could ever express. If I could, I’d have you all over for drinks and girl time (and of course a little Christmas Crack!), but Mr. SP might find that awkward, so I’d like to virtually welcome you to Christmas in our home! I’ve been sharing bits and pieces of our house decked out for the holiday over the last few weeks, but today I’ve got it all in one spot… plus the other rooms you haven’t seen yet!

Thanks so much for sharing the info on your tree collar… we’d been using an antique quilt to cover the base of our tree each year but decided to take the plunge and ordered a wine barrel-style tree collar… LOVE IT! I work for a MD winery (and write a wine blog with recipes) so it’s such a wonderful fit for our house. It was the perfect addition to our Christmas and I’ll never fail to smile and remember you…. thank you so much!
