Christmas at Home | Our Dining Room

Thanks for the sweet words on yesterday’s Holiday Date Night post! We’ve got a party this weekend and I’m excited to whip out the jumpsuit again. Except this time it’s actually hemmed. #bloggerfail

So far this month I’ve shared our decked-out Front Porch (aka puppy invasion!), and our rustic and glam Christmas Tree, and today I’m excited to show you our decorated Dining Room and holiday table.

I kept the table simple with a runner and the gold lanterns from our Thanksgiving Table, and added more gold with the chargers and holiday plates. I’ve had these mini trees for about 10 years, and always seem to find new spots for them. The rest of the room has just a few touches of Christmas, but enough to feel festive.

A bottle of wine with one of these funny bottle outfits is my go-to hostess gift this time of year…they’re always a big hit!

I make sure to grab a seat on this side of the table…it has the best view!

I love our house everyday, but especially this time of year! What’s the rule for keeping a tree up year-round? Probably frowned upon in the blog world, right? 😉 Stay tuned for the rest of the house soon! Also coming up is a Sugarplum Style Tip on one of my most-asked questions….how do you wear ankle boots with skinny jeans!?

This is just beautiful, Cassie! I love how you are so true to your personal style. I am living vicariously through you and your festively decorated home because we are having carpet removed and hardwoods installed in most of our 2-story, so things are in a state of upheaval. Not complaining..just sayin’ Ha!
