Happy Monday, friends, and welcome back to a new week, and a new month. It’s been a heavy few days, with lots of heavy conversations. I realize now just how much I have to learn, to be not only a better citizen in my community, but a better human being to everyone.
I never realized being not racist wasn’t enough, but rather, the goal is to be actively anti-racist. I still have much to learn, but my eyes and heart are open. My heart goes out to everyone hurting, and I vow to be a better listener, advocator, and ally.
