Well, sounds like you guys love the thrill of finding a good deal as much as I do! After your response to yesterday’s post, I think I’ll be adding Walmart to my list of visited retailers. I love the challenge of finding darling things at unexpected places (like this tee and striped bag)!
Today I’m excited to share another round of Sugarplum Faves! Y’all loved these so much last month (see them here), and since I’m an avid over-sharer, I can’t resist sharing a few more that are always on my short list. You know I think of y’all as girlfriends, and therefore, can’t help but spill all my best finds with you.
1. Oversized Round Sunglasses
I discovered these oversized sunglasses last year, and wear them almost exclusively now! In fact, I wore them in virtually every shot for our Resort Collection…they’re so chic and flattering, you’d never guess they’re only $10! I also love how durable they are, so I don’t worry about tossing them in my bag. I started with the black frames, but just added the tortoise. Something tells me they won’t be the last. 2. Three Layer Necklace
You know I love some statement earrings, and besides these hoops, they’re pretty much all I wear. Which means my necklaces need to be minimal. I adore this dainty layered necklace, with the delicate chain and petite disc…it’s lightweight and subtle, and sits between the collarbone and breastbone. Plus, it’s under $20! I especially love it with a simple t-shirt and jeans outfit. (See it on here.)
3. Express Self Tanning Mousse
Spring is officially here, which means bare arms and legs will be coming out! Aka, time to bust out the self tanner! I get professional spray tans before beach vacations or big photoshoots (thanks to the amazing Maggie who makes tanning house calls!). But for the everyday, I don’t use anything but this St. Tropez Express Mousse!
For years I used Jergen’s Tanning Mousse, but after trying this formula, I’ve never gone back. It dries almost instantly with no stickiness, has minimal smell, and is a legit, natural tan! Plus, it provides instant color, and develops in less than 3 hours so you can shower sooner.
4. Nail Polish in ‘Pink Agate’
With Spring also comes bright mani-pedis! And from now until October, literally the only shade I wear on both my fingers and toes, is this ‘Pink Agate’ from Kendra Scott. It’s a little pricier than your average polish, but the pigment is so deep and true, and it wears really well. Plus, it’s seriously the BEST pink I’ve ever found, and goes with literally everything! 5. Buddha Girl Bangles
Ohmygosh, if there’s one thing I get asked about on the regular, it’s these bracelets!! I got them before our anniversary trip to Hawaii last Summer, and they have become my go-to accessory for all pool and beach outfits. Actually, I wear them almost daily, but I especially love them with swimsuits and vacation wear.
You’d never know by looking at them, but these bangles actually hollow rubber…so they are weightless, noiseless, and all-weather (so you can wear them in water with no tarnish or rust). I love the expression on TSA employee’s faces when I breeze through security without a beep!
Granted they’re a little pricy, but if you’ve been following me for awhile, you know I literally wear them all.the.time, and they make outfits of any kind more fun. Mine are rose gold (the gold is a little bright for my taste), size small. The sizing is based more on your hand than wrist, since they slip over your hand with no hinge. Hi Cassie, I’m in LOVE with those bangles! Were you able to select a size small when you purchased? It doesn’t look like they are sold in varying sizes now, after quick look at the link. Think they’d look nice with my rose gold Apple Watch! 😊
Hmmm, looks like maybe they only have medium left. I wonder how much difference there is between sizes!?
If it’s helpful, I have average size to a tad bit smaller wrists (but not super small) and the medium fit me well.
I’d love to know how you keep the double strand necklace from tangling. I have one that I love but I never wear it because within minutes the two are completed tangled around one another. I must not be the only one because I’ve seen this comment in the Nordstrom reviews. Do you have a secret remedy?
Oh really?!?! I’ve never noticed that mine does that!? maybe because each strand is quite a bit longer than the one above it, they don’t tangle?
