Mama Sugarplum’s Favorite Things & My Wishlist

Happy Monday, loves, and welcome back to a new week! I’ve got a lot of fun planned for you… including a look at our house decorated for the holidays and a new Amazon Fashion Finds later this week… but today is all about my darling Mama Sugarplum!

Y’all loved my Sugarplum Favorite Things (see my 2019 list HERE), so I thought it’d be fun to ask Mama Sugarplum to share the products she swears by. She’s a creature of habit, so had no trouble coming up with her list of go-to products she uses daily.

one // Fringed Throw Blanket // This is the softest and warmest throw I’ve found in a long time. I have two colors already, but I’m hoping for this red one for Christmas… but it’s going to stay out afterwards because I just love it!

two // Vanity Mirror // I’ve had this makeup mirror for 7 years! The light around the mirror is amazing with just the right size mirror to see my full face, and at my age you need that extra magnification, too! It also holds a single charge for months.

three // Slippers // I don’t know about you, but my feet get hot in enclosed slippers! This open-toed pair is perfect to keep you warm, but not too warm. Plus they’re easy to slip on after a shower, and aren’t they the cutest!?

four // Pajamas // If you’ve been following Cassie’s Dressing Room Diaries for a second, you know I grab these pajamas at every opportunity! They are hands down the best pajamas in the world. And now that I’m retired they’ve become part of my daily wardrobe, ha! They are so soft and the perfect weight!

five // Blush Compact // I’ve been using this palette for years. It has just the right amount of pink and bronze and shimmer.

six // Bra // After losing weight, having to find another bra I loved was a challenge, but this is the perfect one! It gives me the lift I need and the right amount of padding. It’s so soft and comfortable, and it stays in place all day long!

seven // Undies // I’ve worn this brand for over 20 years! Do I need to say anything else? No riding up and they are just the right amount of support.

eight // CC Cream // I love this makeup so much! It completely covers my rosacea and gives my skin that nice youthful glow! You wouldn’t believe how often people will stop me to comment on how pretty my skin is. (It’s the makeup!)

nine // Coffee Maker // Call me old school, but I like the option of making a full pot of coffee! But the single cup side is perfect for that afternoon cup by myself.

ten // Colleen Rothschild Products // I started using Colleen’s products about 18 months ago (after seeing the transformation in Cassie’s skin) and I can tell you she’s done wonders for my face and neck! I have a light case of rosacea and her products have really calmed it down. The wrinkles around my eyes are pretty much gone, and my skin feels amazing, too. My top 3 products are the Retinol Supreme Eye Serum (it got rid of a pesky eyelid wrinkle I’ve had for years!), the Radiant Cleansing Balm (removes all my makeup!) and Age Renewal Super Serum (so good for the neck, too!). (See Mama Sugarplum’s full skincare routine HERE.)

eleven // Gloves // My morning walks are much more enjoyable when I’m not thinking about cold fingers! These are so warm and fit really well!

twelve // Monogrammed Tote Bag // I’ve been carrying this brand of monogrammed tote for about 5 years now. I own several to switch out during the seasons, and they are perfect to carry everything I need, plus more on those days when you need just a little more space. Plus, I love designing the exact bag I like!

thirteen // Wedge Sneakers // I love these slip on sneakers… the wedge gives me some much-needed height, but is still super comfortable. They also look really chic with casual jean outfits. (It took about 3-4 wears for them to loosen up, but now they’re one of my favorite shoes!)

fourteen // Water Pik // My dentist recommended I add a Waterpik to my daily routine for extra cleaning, and this one is perfect! It rotates easily in the mouth to reach all the teeth, and I don’t spray the bathroom down while using it!

fifteen // Mascara // Cassie raves about this mascara for a reason… it is amazing! After seeing her, I had to try it for myself, and she is right! My lashes aren’t as thick and long as they used to be, but this mascara gives my eyes an extra pop. Plus, it stays on my lashes instead of migrating to my face by the end of the day.

sixteen // Lip Mask // This lip mask is addictive! Now that it’s winter I’ve started putting a little on before my morning walks (in addition to bedtime), and so far no chapped lips! This is going in all of my granddaughters’ stockings this year.

one // Le Labo Detergent & Bath Gel // My very favorite perfume in a bath gel and detergent!!?? I’m swooning at the idea of sleeping on sheets washed in my favorite scent. Not to mention bubble baths! (You can find my perfume HERE.)

two // Bracelet // These bracelets are so fun! I love every single pattern and color option. But Santa, I’ll need several because I’ll wear several stacked at once. These are crazy cute, too!

three // Ultra Boost Sneakers // My go-to sneakers for Orange Theory and outdoor workouts, these have the best support! I’ve been wearing the same pair daily for almost a year and would love to add a new color.

four // Leopard Coat // I found this statement coat in a recent Dressing Room Diaries post and can’t get it off my mind. It’s soft and warm, and so fun for casual or dressy outfits.

five // Charlotte Tilbury Palette // How gorgeous are these shades for holiday and winter? I’ve slowly been adding this brand to my makeup routine, and love everything I’ve tried thus far.

six // Griddle Pan // An odd request, I know… but we make pancakes almost every morning and I’d love a dedicated pan perfect for flipping. This one has incredible reviews, and is a great price.
