Sugarplum Style, Vol. 69

Welcome back, friends! I hope you had a great weekend. We’re settled in at the beach and already making the rounds of our favorite places. Of all my Trip Reports, Anna Maria Island is the most popular, and I’m thrilled to hear it’s become special to so many of you, too. But let’s just keep this place between us, mmmkay?! The quiet quaintness is part of what makes it so special!

Thanks for your love on last week’s Now & Later post featuring the cutest removable sleeve ruffle sweater, along with the darling Summer of Style find from JCPenneys and the huge Dressing Room Diaries with Mama Sugarplum. My favorite was our chat about Kid’s Chores and Vacuums though! Y’all always have the best insight, and I’m definitely implementing some of your tips this year.

Today it’s time for another round of Sugarplum Style, snapshots of my everyday outfits I share on Instagram and Facebook, created by mixing and matching items in my closet. I hope they inspire you to stretch your wardrobe further by mixing up what you already have, and thoughtfully add new things.

Vacation Mode in my Aloha tee! Adore the shrunken fit and ringer style. I swapped my usual cut-offs for a jean skirt, and added a bangle set, to step up the style a bit.

Fit Tip: I’m wearing an XS tee and it’s really fitted, size up for a more relaxed fit. The skirt is true to size, and my bracelets are smalls.

And now back to my cut-offs! Casual and comfy for a day at the lake in my fave tee (on sale!!).

Date night in a lightweight and flirty sundress. Love the thick linen blend and cheerful pattern of this one-shoulder ruffle dress.

I love all three patterns in the Captiva romper from the Gibson x Hi Sugarplum Collection, but this blue floral is a favorite for sure. And every last piece is on sale now! Also, do you have a white jean jacket? It’s the perfect light layer for all the air-conditioned spots in Summer.

It’s too soon to talk Fall, but never too soon to talk darling booties…especially when they’re on super sale! These will be on heavy repeat later this year. But these prices won’t last much longer, so grab them this week before the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale ends.

Embroidered summer top of my dreams!! Love all the vibrant colors and light weight material. I shared this one in my first Amazon Haul, and am so excited that you loved the post. I’m already working on another, so stay tuned for that!

I can’t believe this is my first pair of red earrings…I love them paired with any shade of blue, and can’t seem to stop wearing the combo since picking them up (on sale). The shirt is a crisp cotton and buttons up the back.
