Happy Thursday, friends, and cheers to the almost-weekend! My kids have tomorrow off, so I’m excited to spend a school-free day with them! It’s hard to believe we’ve been home for almost a month already, and while we’ve had our share of ‘not great’ days, I’m amazed at their resilience and ability to adapt.
We’re definitely ready for a few days off though, and I think celebrating the significance of Easter together is just what we need. I’ve got some treats ready to surprise them with (see my Teen Easter Basket Ideas HERE), then we’ll watch our church service online. I may even set a spring table using things found around the house for dinner! (See our last Easter table HERE.) What about you? Are you planning anything special?
Today I’ve got my comfiest, coziest post yet! I think we can all agree that living in loungewear is definitely one of the perks of staying home, but fortunately with so many cute options, we don’t have to look like schleps while doing it! I rounded up my favorite cozies, from PJs to Zoom-ready, and all are as cute as they are comfy!
(Sizing tips: I’m 5’4″ and was 120-ish pounds pre-quarantine. No guarantees where that number stands now! I usually wear XS/0, and size 26 jeans.)
Pajamas //
If ever there was a time for cute pajama sets, it’s now! I promise your spouse doesn’t want to see you in your oversized college tee day after day! This cute set is silky soft jersey, in a lightweight fabric perfect for warmer weather. It comes in a slew of patterns, but I’m partial to the stripes, and the entire set is under $50!
Fit Tip: I’m wearing a small, but would prefer my usual XS
If you prefer shorts sets, they don’t come any softer and lighter than this one. The material is cool to the touch, and the ruffle detail so cute. The pull-on shorts are stretchy with an adjustable drawstring.
Fit Tip: I sized up to a small for longer and looser shorts, but they’re true-to-size.

Loungewear Sets //
If you saw my Tips for Working From Home post (read it HERE), then you know changing out of pajamas is essential for a productive day. Even if you’re only changing in to loungewear, you’ve signaled to your brain that it’s no longer sleep mode. And if you only get one loungewear set… it has to be this one. It’s the Cadillac of loungewear, made of Lou & Grey’s famous SignatureSoft material, with a relaxed fit.
The top a classic crewneck sweatshirt, and the pants have a cute jogger-style with tapered ankles and back pockets for added style. It comes in a slew of colors, but I prefer the darker hues for more coverage.

No one does lightweight fleece better than Gibson, and they’re my other go-to for cozy wear. Plus, while I would keep the Lou & Grey set for just around the house, Gibson’s pieces are great paired with sneakers and a jean jacket for easy street-style, too (my travel uniform for years!).
This new faux-wrap top is super cute paired with matching joggers, shorts or jeans… chic, but comfy!

Leggings //
I’ve had a hard time staying motivated to exercise, so I’ll put my favorite leggings on right away, that way I’m one step closer to working out! I have leggings from tons of brands and price points, but I reach for these $25 Amazon leggings more than any other! They fit and feel like a second skin, with no digging or rolling down, and a comfortable high-waist.
I wear them for all my workouts, but also with cute tops for a more stylish combo. This top is fleecy soft, with a sassy off-the-shoulder fit.
Fit Tip: I’m wearing an XS top and XXS leggings. Size down in those if you’re in-between.

If it’s still chilly where you are, this sherpa pullover hoodie is silky soft and warm, but not overly bulky. I love the open hem so it doesn’t hug across the bum or hips.

Okay, let’s take this ‘getting dressed thing’ one step further… jumpsuits and rompers in the softest jersey knit are basically pajamas, but disguised as street clothes! My favorites are Amazon finds, which means they’re as affordable as they are cute! The jumpsuit has an elastic drawstring waist, tapered legs, and a bra-friendly tank top. Even pockets!

This striped cutie is a similar fit and feel, but in a lightweight shorts style. I love it paired with my Barefoot Dreams cardigan for around the house. It’s like I’m dressed, but not really.

Casual Shorts //
We’ve actually broke 90 degrees yesterday, so shorts were essential for going outside! These jean shorts are a great Target find, with a comfy mid-rise and slightly longer inseam. I pair them with everything from tees to sweatshirts, and especially love wearing them with this sassy off-the-shoulder fleece in muted leopard.

Zoom Ready //
Some days a girl just needs to get dressed… or at least you need to look dressed from the waist up! But comfort is still key, so my all-time favorite knit blazer to the rescue! Throw it on over anything from your pajama top to a tee, and you’re instantly pulled together and more professional. It comes in a range of classic colors, and this fun new bold pink.
I discovered these jeans last spring and wore them non-stop, and I’m thrilled to see them back! They’re a true denim, but with loads of soft stretch for a super comfy and flattering fit. I love the cropped length for sandals and sneakers, too.
Fit Tip: I size down to XSP for a shrunken fit in the blazer, but it’s true to size. The jeans are a 2-regular.

As for undergarments, I gave up my underwire bra a month ago! But mama still needs some support and coverage, and this bra is LIFE!!! So comfortable I literally don’t even feel it on, but with support and removable pads. The convertible straps are also pretty (wear it racerback, too), so I let it peek out of my off-the-shoulder styles. I honestly may never wear another bra again!
