Best of Monday Mail Day

Happy Monday, friends, and cheers to a new week!! A new month, as well! Can you even believe it’s already August?! Summer Break is winding down, and I’m not too happy about it. I know I’ll be ready to get back in a more predicable routine soon, but for now, I’m savoring the final days of a slower pace.

Little Miss is actually moving to a new school this year, and while we’re all excited for a fresh start, my mama heart is a little anxious for her. Volleyball tryouts are all this week, so I’m praying those go well…I know it would mean a lot for her to start the year with new teammates and familiar faces.

I can’t thank you enough for continuing to pray for her, and her healing heart this year. This community is such a blessing to us, and I’m grateful for each of you.

Let’s get to today’s post… in 2020, I started sharing fun and random things I’d found and ordered on my Instagram Stories … and y’all loved it! So a weekly Monday Mail Day series was born, which is essentially like my own little Sugarplum QVC show, ha!

Most every week I share a hodgepodge of gadgets and treats that make life easier and more fun… some of which have become Sugarplum Faves, and part of my every day. Here’s a peek of my most popular Monday Mail Days of recent months, along with my favorite discoveries from each. (You can find the latest batch of quirky faves HERE and every week featured HERE.)

There’s literally no way to choose a fave from this batch…I’m truly obsessed with each! The fans are a whiz at keeping flies at bay, the Method hand soap is an exact ringer for my beloved Le Labo scent, and the mask duo is a saving grace for my Summer skin! Not to mention, the packable duffle is genius for travel!

Band Slide Sandals | Woven Belt | Packable Duffle Bag | Method Hand Soap | Portable Fly Fan | CR Dual Enzyme Polish | CR Detox Mask (code SUGARPLUM20 to save 20% on both)

This hair towel has been a Sugarplum Favorite Thing for years, but sadly has been sold out for ages. Well, it’s finally back in stock, and I swear by it for gently removing all the excess moisture from my hair. Also, if you love the look of lash extensions, you’ll want to check out tarte’s new tube mascara!

America Tee | Microfiber Hair Wrap (code SUGARPLUM20 to save 20%) | Rattan Hoop Earrings | tarte tubing mascara | maracuja juicy lip plump (code CASSIE15 to save 15% on both) | Overnight Moisturizing Socks

Another Sugarplum Favorite Thing, this shower cap is a game-changer for extending the life of my hair. Not a drop of moisture gets through in the shower!

Weekender Bag | drybar Shower Cap | Bandeau Set | MiracleOil Lotion | Necklace Connectors

Headed to concerts and sporting events this Fall? This clear bag is a must…and of course I had to jazz it up with a designer-looking strap. These stick-on bras and nippies are my go-tos for strapless, backless and one-shoulder styles. Oh, and such a random find…but these Damp Rid bags are incredible for getting the damp, musty smell out of small spaces like teen’s bathrooms, closets, and more.

DampRid Moisture Absorber | Roll-Up Visor (02-pure Beige) | NuBra | Nippies | Clear Crossbody Bag (Black Large) | Removable Strap

Are you a fan of the e-cloths for spotless windows, too? Then you’ll LOVE the full set of household cloths…they magically clean everything with just water!

Wooden Bluetooth Speaker | eCloth Starter Pack | Magnetic Necklace Layering Connector | Card Phone Case | Victoria Emerson x Hi Sugarplum Party Box

We learned the hard way in last year’s big freeze that back-up chargers are a must! This one is jumbo-sized for charging a range of devices, and up to 8 phones! This lint canister is perfect for laundry rooms…it attaches to the dryer with a strong magnet!

Lint Container | Acne Patches | External Battery Charger | Similar Gold Necklace | Nesting Bowl Set

Summer do a number on your feet? Get them looking like a baby’s butt with this miracle mask. This polish is the only color I wear from April to September.

Foot Peel Mask | Nail Polish (Color: Beet-ing Heart) | Woven Clutch | Blue Raffia Earrings | Neck Smoothing Pads

The chicest playing cards around, plus a gorgeous look-for-less rattan vase. And one of my all-time favorite beauty finds…these hair ties are incredible for holding a ponytail without damaging hair.

Neoprene Crossbody Bag | Hair Bands | Playing Cards | Faux Hydrangeas | Rattan Vase

Talk about look for less, this throw is a dead-ringer for Barefoot Dreams, but a fraction of the price! It makes a great gift, too. I’ve also got these refillable bottles in most our showers, and love how they keep everything looking neat and tidy.

Blanket | KS Watch | Tube Bangle Bracelets | Veja Sneakers (size down whole size) | Refillable Bottles

The best razors for at-home dermaplaning (see my tips HERE), and the clips I use to tame my cowlick.

Wide Brim Visor | Dermaplane Razors | Hair Clips | Belts | Watermelon Slicer

We have these towels in every bathroom…they aren’t overly plush, so they dry quickly and launder beautifully. As for the aviators, I actually prefer them over my Ray-Bans! The fit is so good, and of course you can’t beat the price.

Le Labo-esque Perfume | Woven Headband | Faux Tulips | Aviators | Bath Towels

The conditioning hair mask to positively transform your dry, Summer hair to hydrated, shiny hair in one use! I also love this pocket-sized atomizer for taking my favorite scents on the go or travel.

Slim Crossbody Bag | Argan Oil Hair Mask | Mini Perfume Atomizer | Acne Nose Patches | No-Show Socks

All favorites for home, these colorful bowls and stacking mixing bowls live happily at the Sugar Shack, and the travel mug is an excellent dupe for the popular Stanley cups.

Wooden Bowl | Nested Mixing Bowls | Colorful Bowls | Taco Plates | Straw Tumbler

One of my most-requested links…these custom cups and koozies! The stems are also incredible bang for your buck!

Graphic Tank | Rattan Vase | Faux Stems | Serving Bowl | Custom Tumblers | Custom Koozies

The chicest salt and pepper grinders, and by far my favorite refillable toiletry bottles for travel. They have a wide mouth for easy filling, and the silicone means I can squeeze every last drop out!

Crossbody Bag | Removable Strap | Tennis Necklace | Salt & Pepper Shakers | Argan Oil Hair Mask | Travel Toiletries Bottles

Did you know your toothbrush is one of the germiest things in your bathroom?! Ewwww! I’m obsessed with the Tao Clean sonic toothbrush…it disinfects 99.9% of all germs and bacteria after each brushing!! This little scale is a traveler’s must-have, too.

Striped Tote Bag | Sunglasses Holder | Suitcase Scale | Faux Stems | Electric Toothbrush

If you have a pet, the Chom Chom will change your life. Period.

Chom Chom Pet Fur Brush | JLO Beauty Face Mask | Bluelight Glasses | Foot File | Gold Bead Bracelets

The clear bags I use for organizing all the things, plus the genius hat clip that makes traveling with a hat a breeze!

Clear Zipper Pouches | Passport Holder | Gold Hoop Earrings | Bangle Bracelets | Hat Holder Clip | Straw Hat

Funny enough, the massaging face mask sat untouched for months…until I tried it. Now it’s one of the most sought-after gadgets in our house! Nothing relaxes or soothes a headache faster!

Over-Sink Collapsible Colander | Face Massager | Beaded Earrings | Intense Hydrating Mask (code SUGARPLUM20 to save 20%) | Dog Treat Holder for Selfies

The wooden garland is the best $10 you’ll spend for your house! We have them draped on coffee tables, consoles, and bookshelves!

Refillable Shower Bottles | Rattan Coasters | Wood Bead Garland | Dish Towels | Ceramic Vase | Faux Succulent

Call me boujee, but I switched to the Tyler’s Kathina Detergent a few years ago, and we’ve never felt more spoiled! This sampler pack is perfect for determining your favorite scent.

Wine Purifier | Luxury Detergent Sampler | Neck Massager | Intense Hydrating Mask (code SUGARPLUM20 to save 20%) | Nail Wraps

A grandparent’s favorite gift, the digital frame is the gift that just keeps giving! And I don’t know a teen who doesn’t have (and love) these LED lights for their room.

Digital Photo Frame | Jewelry Box | Gold Bead Bracelets | Olaplex Travel Set | LED Lights

Talk about bang for your buck, the $5 Amazon mascaras are some of the best on the market!

Lazy Susan | Argan Oil Hair Mask | Neutrogena Clarifying Shampoo | Mascara Pack | Aviators

A beauty must-have, the Lumify drops take any redness from your eyes in seconds! And until you’ve had Mikes Hot Honey on pizza, have you even lived?!

Mike’s Hot Honey | Under Eye Patches | Travel Mirror | Redness Eye Drops | Neck & Chest Cream

The cutest bag and strap combo I carry all Fall…and the hands-down best hydrating sheet masks!

Saddle Bag | Removable Strap (Color: Stripe Rose Brown) | State Baseball Cap | Coffee Table Book | Collagen Sheet Masks

Forget the pricey mascara primers, this $5 tube is the best I’ve tried! The quilted bag is also a gorgeous designer look for under $30!

Faux Stems | White Vase | Similar Crossbody Bag | EltaMD Facial Cleanser | Mascara Primer | Fuzzy Slippers

I didn’t realize how many of my day-to-day finds were Monday Mail Day discoveries… in fact, it’s likely many will make my Sugarplum Favorite Things for the year! (See last year’s list HERE.)

So tell me… have any of my Monday Mail Day finds become favorites of yours, too? Do you have any random things bringing you joy I should try out next? Be sure to watch my Instagram Stories every Monday for a new installment of Monday Mail Day, and see all my finds HERE. Happy Monday, lovebugs!

Can you share more about the nail wraps…..that you shared on Monday Mail Day? Easy to apply? How long can you wear the wraps….thanks for any input or tips you are willing to share.

Hi Debbie! Those wraps are a game-changer for a long-lasting manicure! Apply to clean nails like you would a sticker, trim off the excess, then use the included nail file in a downward motion to remove the rest of the gel so it’s even with the tip of your natural nail. For me, they stay put until I take them off…literally growing with my nail. So you can leave them until the gap at your cuticle bothers you (a couple of weeks, depending on how quickly your nails grow). xo. C

Hi Cassie! I was wondering if the saddle bag is heavy. I know it’s on the smaller side but sometimes they can still be a little heavy. I was also wondering if you have found a necklace that’s in the same gold beads as the bracelets you wear. If not would you mind keeping an eye out for one? You’re so good in finding all the great things! Thank you and good luck to little Miss. Praying for her and that she has a good school year!

Thank you so much for the kind words and prayers, Michele! I don’t find the saddle bag to be heavy at all! And I’ll keep my eyes peeled for a necklace like that…sounds darling! xo. C
