Winter Brights | Pink & Red

I’m thrilled you guys are excited about the Winter Brights series this week, because it was certainly one of my favorites to create. Many of you expressed how over Winter you are, so I hope this helps breathe new life and excitement into your wardrobe until Spring arrives. If you missed Day 1, check out my navy and pink combo here. Today, we’re switching to a work-ready style, featuring cheerful pink and a pop of red.

Red Bag (similar) | Sunglasses | Patent Pumps

Pink is typically reserved for warmer months, which makes it fun and unexpected in Winter. This sweater is a lightweight wool blend, so it works well in most seasons, but especially appropriate for Winter. A top and slacks is traditional workwear, but adding the leopard and pop of red takes the outfit from basic to ba-bam!

If you’re in an especially cold climate, you could layer a collared shirt under it, and a blazer over the top. I wear it with just this peacoat and it’s enough for our Winter.

Fit Tip: The sweater runs true to size, and I’m wearing an XS. See it styled here and here, too.

You know I can’t resist a good outtake…I think my friend said, ‘Show me your best boss lady.’ Obviously it needs work.

Pink always seems to be my go-to color, so this sweater is no stranger around here…see it styled here and here, as well. What’s your work-day uniform? How do you add a bit of personality to it? Did you notice these darling hoops? So cute with the touch of pink, and under $20!
