Happy Friday, friends, and cheers to the weekend! Do you have any plans to celebrate? We’re going to a Halloween Party Saturday night, and the theme is ‘pairs.’ Mr. SP and I have a fun costume idea (i.e. completely ridiculous!), so fingers crossed it comes together.
Not only is our new neighborhood quite a bit bigger, but we’ve been told Halloween is a really big deal around here, so we’re excited that we might actually get trick-or-treaters this year! Our old neighborhood was so small and a little hidden, so we only ever had a handful of kids come by. Which meant lots of leftover candy in my house! #danger
Today I’ve got one of my favorites each month… new arrivals from Vuori! This partnership has been one of my favorites to date, as it’s truly one of our most-worn brands. In fact, Mr. SP wears it so much, he often looks like a walking Vuori ad!
It’s safe to say Vuori now makes up half my closet, and I couldn’t be happier… or comfier! They released some cozy new styles for the season, plus fresh, new colors for many of our go-tos (I’m looking at you, Performance Joggers!).
From activewear to loungewear, Vuori made packing for our trip to Whidbey Island a cinch!

I’ve been a hard-core fan of the Performance Joggers since discovering them last year (I’m still a little salty that y’all didn’t tell me about them sooner, ha!), but I’ve had some requests to test out some of Vuori’s other jogger styles.
These Boyfriend Joggers are made of the same super soft brushed jersey DreamKnit as the Performance Joggers, but with an overall baggier fit. They have side pockets and a mid-rise, with an elastic waistband you can wear up or folded down to reveal the tie. I would consider the Boyfriend Jogger more of a lounge pant, where as the Performance Jogger has a bit more street style.
Fit Tip: While I prefer a Small in the Performance Joggers, the Boyfriend Joggers have a more relaxed fit, so I’m wearing an XS.

Maybe the only thing better than the Performance Joggers themselves is pairing them with the Halo Essential Hoodie made of the same dreamy fabric! It makes the cutest set for errands, casual wear, or just lounging at home.
I love the lightweight material for easy layering this time of year, and the hood is so cute peeking out of a vest or jacket.
The Canyon Insulated Jacket is the latest new arrival, and was absolutely perfect for the damp, chilly Pacific Northwest! It’s surprisingly warm for such a lightweight jacket, and is water-resistant for protection from the elements.
Plus, it’s just as cute with jeans as it is with leggings and joggers.
Fit Tip: I typically size up in jackets, but it’s not necessary with this one. I’m wearing a size Small, but would like an XS.

When it comes to the Performance Joggers, is there such a thing as too many? At what point does it become a collection? Asking for a friend, ha! I can’t adequately explain their signature DreamKnit fabric and fit, other than they are softer than soft, super lightweight without feeling too thin, and so comfortable you’ll never want to take them off.
The joggers also somehow work for everything from neighborhood walks and yoga to errands and movie nights!
Fit Tip: The joggers are true to size, but choose according to the fit you prefer. Meaning, my usual XS fit great like a relaxed legging, but a Small fits too as a looser jogger. These are the XS, and I love the cropped length! Longer lengths are available HERE.
Cozy Sherpa Jacket | Performance Joggers
Paired with the matching Sherpa Jacket, I was blissfully cozy for our morning coffee time! It’s ultra plush, with a full-zip and tall neck. It holds heat really well, so I was able to layer it over a light tee and stay super warm.
Fit Tip: I’m wearing a size Small jacket.

The Studio Pocket Legging is as soft and comfy as they come! They have a peachy, airbrushed finish that creates smoothing coverage (always appreciated for the backside!). The 4-way stretch keeps them firmly in place, and moisture-wicking ensures they stay dry. They even have UPF protection and a side pocket!
My collection of Mudra Plyo Tanks is growing, as well… I love the built-in bra and cropped fit for high-waisted leggings!

Whether we were lounging around the property, or hiking nearby trails, I pretty much reached for my Vuori faves the entire trip! Plus, they pack really small without wrinkling, so I could stick to just my carry-on!

Definitely gonna have to look at vuori for christmas gifts this year. The kids (boy 9-11) are obsessed with Under armour for some reason and it’s getting annoying (it’s just their logo slapped on regular apparel, and you pay for that logo!).
I’m carving pumpkins this weekend (we gutted them yesterday and the kids have chosen their design but I’m the carver (the only one with patience enough). And our neighborhood (we’ve been here a year and half so it will be our second Halloween here) takes Halloween seriously (we bought a Costco box of 100 chip bags last year and were short by close to a hundred) so this year, we’ll be extra prepared, and we love that we can all dress up and other adults will be dressed up too! Super fun.
