Amazon Fashion Finds | January

Happy Friday, friends, and cheers to the weekend! We don’t have any plans, so I’m hoping to tackle the rest of my new year organizing. I shared our kitchen, bathroom and closet HERE, and the laundry room is next on my hit list.

I have a few new books on my nightstand, but I recently read ‘The Frozen River‘ and loved it so much, I’m not ready to let those characters go… so a new read will have to wait. Do you do that, too?

It’s hard to believe another month has passed, but it’s time for your favorite series, my Amazon Fashion Finds! I started these Fashion Finds over 7 years ago, and they quickly became reader faves. It takes some intense digging to find the good stuff, but I love the challenge of discovering such gems! This month has some really fun finds, so let’s get started!

Sizing info: I’m 5’4″ 125-ish pounds, and usually wear an XS and 26 jeans. My fit tips and sizing recommendations are included with each description.

Chic Sets //

Chic meets cozy sets continue to be daily uniforms over here, and Amazon has no shortage of great options. This one has a very similar style to my beloved Spanx, but a fraction of the price. The material doesn’t compare to the luxe AirEssentails, but is definitely soft and comfy. I’ve tried a few brands that make this style, and this is my fave fit.

Fit Tip: I’m wearing a size Small set, but you can see the pants would likely be too short for taller girls. This set is quite a bit longer.

This set is a cozy sweater knit, with cute ribbed details at the neck and sleeve, and even a button accent. It’s a relaxed fit, with a longer back to cover the bum.

Fit Tip: I’m wearing a size XS in the blue and size Small in the lilac… I prefer the fit of the Small.

Sweaters //

I think sometimes Amazon fashion finds get a bad rap, with people assuming since the price is great, the quality must lack… but that’s not true at all for the styles I share! The turtleneck is a prime example (#punny)… the quality is on par with any department store! It’s super soft and luxe, in a thick stretchy knit. I love that the neck is relaxed, and the hem is a bit shorter in front for an easy half-tuck.

Fit Tip: It runs oversized, I’m wearing a size XS!

Always a sucker for fair isle, this sweater has a fun, graphic take on the classic pattern. It’s soft and chunky, and is so cute layered or alone. (These cotton button-ups are closet staples for me!)

You know I have a thing for lady cardigans, and it was an easy ‘yes’ with this striped cutie! It’s a relaxed fit with great texture and brass buttons. It’s thick enough to wear alone, but not bulky for tying on your shoulders. The gingham is the same shirt as the blue stripes above, I have it in several prints!

Another feminine cardigan, this one has a fun weave pattern and darling rounded hem. I love the little pockets, and there’s a huge selection of colors!

This sweater just begs for a ski trip… the chunky knit, fair isle print, and oversized fit are perfect for cold days. I’d wear it open over a tee or button-down shirt, too.

This chunky tweed-style sweater lives in my closet now… it was just too good! It’s soft and so chic, with pearl buttons and a feminine fit.

Speaking of ‘owns it in all the colors,’ this crewneck is another staple! Super soft and stretchy, it’s amazing quality and the price so good! I have it in quite possibly every print. I love this new pink and black combo!

I wore this cable knit sweater to dinner literally the day it arrived… and twice more since! It’s super soft and cozy, with a cable pattern and perfect slightly-cropped length for pairing with high-rise jeans and trousers. I love it with skirts too, since it doesn’t bulk around the waist with a half-tuck.

This quarter-zip has been a fave for years, so I scooped it up in this new khaki color. It’s soft and stretchy, and launders so well (I even put mine in the dryer!). I’ve worn it with jeans and this satin midi skirt.

Vests //

I could hardly believe my luck with this chic find! A medium-weight fleece, it’s warm but not bulky, and comes in several colorways. Wear it open, buttoned or tied, it’s super versatile and so cute!

Fit Tip: I’m wearing a size Small vest and shirt.

This quilted find is a super-soft suede finish, in a great oversized fit, perfect for layering over bulky sweats, or throwing on with your fave denim. I love the color and hood, too! The henley is stretchy and fitted, it’s a great base layer.

Fit Tip: I’m wearing a size Small in the vest and Small in the tee, but I’d size up in the tee if you want it more relaxed.

The Amazon Essentials brand is one of my go-tos… they make great staple styles with incredible quality. I have this vest in a few colors, and couldn’t resist trying the new leopard print. It’s so cute styled sporty with athleisure, or styled a little preppier with denim. The black long sleeve is another great layering tee!

This vest has a soft, matte finish, and comes in tons of great colors. I love it paired with this sweater set for a chic tone-on-tone look.

Another great oversized vest, this one has a little shoulder detail. Sloan has already claimed this one, so apparently they’re teen-approved!

Resort Styles //

We’ve been chatting all things Resort lately (see that HERE and HERE), I’m always dreaming of warmer days! If you’ve got plans on the horizon, I found some great styles, starting with this halter midi dress. It’s made of a jersey knit, so it’s super soft and flowy, and as comfy as it is cute. I have it in the ‘White Blue’ colorway, and recently scooped it up in this fun new ‘Purple Flowers’.

This dress was an immediate YES for me! The top is a stretchy, double-lined knit, and the skirt a crisp poplin… with pockets! I love the flattering fit-and-flare shape, and simple yet chic style. It comes in some fun colorblock options, too! (I wear this bra for strapless support and shape.)

I love t-shirt dresses to throw on for breakfast or around the pool, and this sheath style has a fun collar detail and side slits. It’s also a thick, woven knit, so it skims over the body rather than hugging. And even has pockets!

I was drawn to the bold print and fun silhouette of this dress, and can’t wait to wear it. Made of a quality cotton poplin, it’s fully-lined and has an elastic waist and smocking on the back for a comfy fit.

I was instantly smitten with the print and colors of this maxi dress! It looks so high-end, and is so fun to wear. The material is definitely not the highest quality poly, but for the price and style, it’s beautiful! It’s nice and long for the tall girls, and has adjustable straps and smocking across the back.

I love yellow, but it’s not an easy color for me to wear… so I was thrilled to find this cheerful number in a flattering shade! It has a fun twist front and cut-out on the back. The straps are adjustable, as is the tie, so you can get a snug fit across the chest. The material is really soft, it’s gauzy and lightweight.

Some sunny destinations get chilly in the mornings or evenings… this super-soft set would be perfect! The skirt has a pull-on elastic waist and flattering side slit, while the sweater has cute button details. It’s high-quality, and would be cute worn as separates, too.
