Happy friend, friends, and cheers to the weekend! Mr. College is headed south this afternoon for the big OU vs. TX game, and we’re all excited to have him home for a few days!

I finally caved and bought an air fryer (this one) so we could make the game day snacks they wanted. According to Sloan, we are the last people on earth to get an air fryer… so I’ll need all the tips and recipes from y’all! Do you have one? What do you like to cook in it?

I’m also headed to the doctor this morning, so send all the positive vibes that I finally get the cast off! Granted I’ll have to transition to a walking boot, but that’s a step up from the scooter (pun intended)!
