It doesn’t get much preppier than pairing pink and green, but they are such a clean and fresh combination. I was drawn to this dress for the bright colors and graphic floral, but also because of the flattering neckline, and easy-to-wear shape. (Not to mention it was half off…you guys know I’m a sucker for affordable dresses.)
I recently wore this to a family rehearsal dinner, and jumped at the chance to have my aunt photograph it in her gorgeous backyard.
The print is adorable, but the back is the real show-stopper! So fun, right? I thought about walking around backwards, but that might be frowned upon.
I found this clutch on the clearance rack at Old Navy, but had to jazz it up with a tassel keyring. My bag charm obsession is bordering on obnoxious. Ask me if I care. #nope
You may recall the dress from my What to Pack for a Style Conference post, where I paired it with hot pink patent pumps.
It was a fun look for a cocktail party, but I decided to tone down the shoes this time around.
I also plan on adding a white cardigan or blazer and wearing the dress to work, or with flip-flops and a tote bag for casual weekend wear. Do you love preppy color combos?
