Jumpsuits for Spring

I don’t know if Winter just drug on a little longer than than usual, or we’re all just smitten with Spring’s colorful styles, but the last two Dressing Room Diaries posts have been our most popular ever! (See them here.)

Both posts featured tons of new Spring finds, but it seems we can’t get enough of the jumpsuits this season. I gravitate to dresses this time of year, and jumpsuits just feel like a more modern version. I’ve found so many darling options, but today I’m featuring two of my favorites.

This striped chambray was actually a reader-favorite last year, but sold out in a hot-second. I rarely wore it on the blog for fear of sparking a riot! Okay, maybe riot is a bit dramatic. But y’all seriously loved this happy jumpsuit!

Chambray Striped Jumpsuit | Fave Jean Jacket | Wedges | Floral Earrings | Woven Bag

And with good reason…it’s Spring perfection! The cotton is soft and breathable, with a comfortable fit. The halter neckline is so flattering, and the fitted bodice perfectly balances the fuller leg.

Fit Tip: I’m wearing a regular 0, but if you’re in-between, I’d go up one. I’m two tacos away from this one being too snug.

And just when you thought the jumpsuit couldn’t be any cuter…just check out the back!

Sugarplum Style Tip: The bodice is fully-lined, so I wear it with these covers or this stick-on bra. A strapless bra would work great, too.

You could keep the accessories classic, but I can never resist the power of a statement piece (or two!). These flower earrings are surprisingly lightweight, and add the best pop of color and personality to so many outfits. (You may recognize them from my Bahamas post! I literally wore them everyday, and probably had 20 compliments!)

And I hope you like this bag, because you’ll be seeing a lot more of it!! Great size and texture, and neutral for all my Spring and Summer outfits…and under $40!

Flat sandals or wedges, with a jacket or on its own…this chambray jumpsuit is versatile for so many Spring and Summer occasions!

This jumpsuit is another fun option, with a flattering wrap that ties in the front or back. It’s a woven material with a touch of stretch, and easily dresses up or down depending on your shoes and accessories.

Fit Tip: I’m wearing an XS navy.

Tie Jumpsuit | Tassel Earrings | Nude Sandals | Floral Clutch | Ring Trio | Cuff | Watch | Sunglasses

I dressed this one up a bit with heels and a colorful clutch, perfect for Spring. It comes with a fun tassel, and even a removable strap to wear it crossbody. The tassel earrings are surprisingly light, and come in a rainbow of fun colors.

The jumpsuit would be cute with flat sandals or wedges, too, and even a jean jacket.

Love the idea of jumpsuits and I own two purchased in the last three years. However, do have a question about how easy they are to get in and out of. I have learned that some are really difficult.

Hi Cassie, i love jumpsuits, but I have a problem finding the one that would fit, I have a long torso and most of them are too short in the middle or too big at the bottom hmm…

I enjoy wearing jumpsuits too, and luckily there was a lilac tie jumpsuit in my size. I think I might wear it on Easter Sunday! You inspire me to stay in shape so that I can enjoy all of your pretty patterns and styles.
