Whites & Brights - Hi Sugarplum!

Happiest of Tuesdays, friends. We’re in the last week of school, so it’s a little tense with the pressure of final exams over here! Hard to believe Little Miss is days away from being a Junior… how did we get here so fast?! Are your people done with school for the semester yet?

My mailbox is flooded with graduation announcements, reminding me just how fast time flies, so you can bet your boots I’m savoring every moment. If you’re in need of Grad Gifts, I have lots of teen-approved ideas HERE.

When it comes to what to wear to the parties and celebrations, for both graduations and all things Summer, I choose a dress every time! I spotted the cutest dresses online at Banana Republic, and it wasn’t long before I fell down the rabbit hole of their gorgeous styles! So many special occasion pieces, for both women and men. If whites and neutrals are your love language, this dress will be a new closet favorite. It’s made of a sturdy cotton eyelet, fully lined to the knee, with a fit-and-flare shape perfect for parties. The twisted neckline is so flattering, and the flared tier gives it extra feminine style.

I’m completely smitten with these oversized earrings! They’re on the heavy side, but are stunning and make such an incredible statement.

Fit Tip: I’m wearing a regular XS dress. It’s available in Tall and Petite, as well.

If you’re more of a color-loving girl, Banana Republic is known for not only their gorgeous neutrals, but punchy brights as well! I love the bold orange of this linen wrap dress, and the exaggerated ruffles give it so much personality! I added the bright headband for a full statement-making combo.

It also comes in classic black, and a really bold zebra print!

Fit Tip: I’m in a size 2 dress, which I like for the length, but could use a 0 for a closer fit through the body.
