Happy Labor Day, friends, and cheers to the extended weekend! I hope you’re able to enjoy an extra day off, and you’re doing anything but laboring! I’m currently eyeball-deep in boxes, but having so much fun turning this new house into a home, that it doesn’t feel like work at all!

College Bound //

It was an absolute blast having this guy around more this Summer, and although it won’t compare to the shock of the first time he left (read a little about that HERE), it always stings to see him go. This time we simply loaded his car, and he drove off by himself!

You know they’re growing up when you take them to Walmart and offer up pretty much anything they want… and all they get is a toaster, coffee maker, and plates!

(Lady) Gaga Over This Outfit //

I surprised Little Miss to Lady Gaga tickets last week, and we had a ball! She’s an incredible entertainer, so if you get the chance to see her, I’d definitely go! This was our first big concert together, and I can’t wait for more!

Speaking of bags, if you’re a fan of the neoprene totes, this one is a must! The pattern is absolutely darling (and surprisingly neutral!), and the price can’t be beat! There are so many fun prints to choose from, and the quality is spot-on!

Between the bags and booties, I definitely hit the accessory jackpot in my last Amazon Haul (found HERE)! The booties are a faux-suede of manmade materials, but a really cute style and great price! I love that the ankle is more fitted for a more flattering look with skirts and dresses, and also fitting under the hem of straight leg jeans.

Fit Tip: I find the booties true-to-size.

I read American Royals so fast, I immediately followed up with the sequel Majesty, and now I’m halfway through Rivals! The author Katharine McGee is a Texas gal! It’s lighthearted and easy-reading chic-lit.

These oversized sunnies were one of my favorite finds of the entire Summer, and y’all agreed because they never stay in stock for long! They’re designer-inspired for sure (I’m looking at you, Chanel) and great quality. They’re back in stock as of hitting publish on this post, but no promises of how long that will last!

I’ve found several darling styles at Walmart recently, including this throw-back rugby shirt and cute popover. Y’all know how I feel about a good pullover!! (Spoiler: I can’t get enough!)
