tarte Custom Kits Sale!

Happy Tuesday, lovebugs!! Actually, today already feels like Friday because tarte cosmetics is having their biggest sale of the year… the highly anticipated Custom Kit Event!! For a few days only, you can build your very own, custom full-face makeup kit… that’s seven full-size products from foundation to concealer and eyeshadow to lipstick… a $200 value!!!

And this isn’t a brand proclaiming their biggest sale of the year, only to roll out a better deal next month! In the case of tarte’s Custom Kit Sale, it’s legitimately their biggest sale of the year, and for tarte lovers, it’s the best makeup sale of 2020, period. There’s just one catch: It ends on Thursday!

Here’s the scoop… until midnight this Thursday, November 4th, you can score more than $200 worth of full-size tarte favorites (seven products total) for just $65. Including a darling holiday cosmetics bag of your choice! It’s too good a deal to pass up, so if you’re looking to stock up on makeup staples, now is your chance.

Choose your single favorite product and shade from each category: mascara, lips, eyes, face, complexion, tools, and bag…  and tarte cosmetics will ship it for a flat $65, plus free shipping.

I’m a long-time fan of tarte products… in fact, they are some of my go-to daily makeup (I’m looking at you fake awake nude eyeliner and maracuja juicy lip!). They’re known for their high pigment and incredible coverage (plus, the yummy smell!), but they’re also a clean, vegan, and cruelty-free brand made with high-performance naturals. The team at tarte cosmetics formulates all of their products without parabens, phthalates, or sulfates.

I had a blast choosing my kit with a few old favorites, and some new things I’m excited to try.

To build your own custom kit, start HERE, and first choose a mascara and something for your lips. Then add a statement-making eye product, followed by foundation with your preferred matte, hydrating, or natural finish. Then add a complexion product, which covers blush, bronzer, highlighter, blotting papers, and powder. And lastly, choose a skincare product or brush/sponge.

And tarte isn’t going to send you a new haul with nothing to put it in. The final step is choosing an adorable makeup bag!

I have the maracuja juicy lip in every bag and drawer of my house… so I jumped at the chance to grab another. My favorite soft pink for everyday is ‘Strawberry,’ and ‘Clear‘ is perfect for layering over my regular lipsticks. The new ‘Icicle‘ is clear, with a touch of sparkle… so fun for holiday!

The kind is the new pretty cheek palette is serious bang for your buck since it includes blush, bronzer, and highlighter in one! Suzie used it for our ‘Summer of Fun’ Collection and it creates the prettiest glow! I use the top and bottom colors on my eyes sometimes, too.

The complexion product category was the hardest for me to narrow down… so many of my faves are included! The timeless smoothing primer is pretty much the only primer I use, it’s amazing at smoothing pores and giving an airbrushed finish. One pot lasts for ages though, so I didn’t need another just yet.

The creaseless concealer is great full coverage with tons of hydration so it doesn’t dry out the delicate under-eye area… perfect for those of us on the ‘mature’ side!

In the end, I chose a few of my long-time faves (the maracuja juicy lip and kind is the new pretty cheek palette), and a few new-to-me products I’m excited to try! I love the maracuja face oil for light coverage days, but am trying the skin treat poreless tinted moisturizer for similar coverage with SPF. It has a smooth, powdery finish, and goes on beautifully.

The bamboo foundation brush is perfect for applying and blending foundation or contouring with bronzer, and the sketch & set brow pencil & tinted gel is LEGIT! The pencil side goes on smoothly with lots of pigment, and the tinted gel sets them in place. I love that it’s two products in one!

There are several cosmetic bags to choose from, but the white crocodile bag was my favorite.

Just an FYI. You said that the sale ended at midnight on Thursday. I just placed an order and the website says it ends at 10:50 CST. I thought that might make a difference for your readers.
