Hi Sugarplum!

{Organized} The Pantry

June 15, 2015

We arrived home late Saturday night, with full hearts and so many unbelievable new memories. My sister’s wedding was even more picturesque than you can imagine…set on the bank of a rushing river and surrounded by mountains. Seriously, I kept waiting for Brad Pitt or Robert Redford to come strolling through. #randommoviereference

You can see some peeks here, and I hope to share more soon…as well as pics from the rest of our adventures. And as crazy as it sounds, if you follow me on InstaGram, you know I jetted off again yesterday! I was home less than 12 hours before heading out for a last-minute, unexpected, so completely exciting opportunity….that I can’t wait to tell you about…soon. #rudebloggertease

Trust me, I’m aware of how completely fairy tale my life has been lately, and I’m simultaneously pinching myself, and soaking up every single second. But wow, my InstaGram and Facebook feeds have never been so interesting. 😉

But enough of the obnoxious, let’s talk organizing. It’s hard to believe, but we’ve been in this house for four months now! And while most of the boxes are unpacked…or shoved into closets…it’s been a slow-go for decorating and organizing. The decorating part doesn’t bother me, but the lack of organizing is starting to become a problem.

Especially the Pantry, since Summer break has arrived, and the house has become a revolving door of hungry kids, constantly rummaging for snacks. But thanks to a late-night fit of exasperation, the Pantry is now one of the prettiest spots in the house!

What a dreamy wedding, lucky girl. So happy for all of your fun adventures and can't wait to see where you pop up next 🙂 My pantry is normally very organized, but having my kids home for the summer is wreaking havoc on it. Probably time for a little tidying up! Your pantry looks picture perfect, and I know how nice that feels. Enjoy it while it lasts 🙂

I had grand plans for our pantry to be this super organized beautiful space in the new house. I'm still waiting on my late night exasperation to kick in! Loved following along on your trip on ig, can't wait to read a recap on the blog! Miss you girl!

I luv it all! I know I sound like a whine bucket when I say this – BUT my pantry is small and as pull out drawers. I always thot I would like them but they are a PAIN. #soundlikeabrat I wish I had plan shelving like this. hubby said he would try and make it happen. the white bins that have the labels – are those ikea also?

For real this post is way timely….I literally wrote that as one of the projects to complete this summer in my Sunday post. My main issue with my pantry is it is dark and the shelves are too deep. I think I am going to be on the hunt for some new lighting and some bins like these to make it easy to pull out and see what we have going on.
