Most of us are passionate about our homes, and spend a great deal of time designing and creating a space we love. But how many of us have an updated inventory of our belongings? And is it actually kept in a safe place, in case disaster strikes? We switch out our decor for the seasons, but do we remember those maintenance tasks that keep the home safe, healthy and running smoothly?
recently discovered an online solution called Home Zada, that organizes
all the important information about your home in one secure place, and am thrilled to have them as a sponsor.
You can browse Home Zada’s
library of maintenance best practices, and create a personalized
property calendar that will automatically remind you to change the air filters, flush the hot water heater, replace batteries on the smoke detector, etc.
{Document Your Possessions}
You
can also upload photos, receipts, and owner’s manuals of your inventory in to your secure Home Zada account, to
document your possessions, ensuring you are probably insured and
prepared if something bad were to happen.
{Manage Your Projects}
For
those of us with home projects continually running through our heads, you can create all your desired decorating and renovation projects directly in Home Zada. For the numbers-cruncher in the family, you’ll
enjoy the budget, cost and cash flow tracking aspects.

This looks like a fantastic place for uber organization!
I could spend a lot of time on there! Love this idea:)
This looks awesome! I would use this site for budgeting and house projects since we are continuously working on our home đŸ™‚
This does look awesome!!! The reminders about typical things like changing out the filters are cool!! -Kriss http://www.ourjourneytohappy.blogspot.com
We just moved into a new house and I'd love to redo some things and get new decorations. The house projects section would be wonderful!
It is a toss up between the home projects and the library of maintenance best practice with the reminder of when to do stuff.
I love the house projects section!
I would get a lot of use out of the home projects section and love the ability to link it to e-commerce.
I'd love some help in organizing my home maintenance to do list.
Since we recently bought a new house, I would probably use every single piece of this software. Right now, I've been cataloging decor items, flooring, etc…that I love and want to incorporate, as well as tracking their costs. I've also developed a spreadsheet of what we've spent so far and wrote out a calendar for projects and when we want to accomplish them. Having all these documents in one place would be stellar!

My neighbor just had a water damage disaster that has made me think. I would definitely use the service to catalogue what I own and store warranties and receipts.
I would definitely use the " Document Your Possessions" first, the maybe the home maintenance .
What a great idea!! I would use all of it but for sure Document your Possessions first đŸ™‚
Home inventory would be top on my list!
Wow, I love this! As we're getting ready to put our house on the market, this would come in handy for projects and inventory. What a great idea!!

This software sounds like exactly what I need! We just moved into a new fixer up in April and we have started the process of keeping up with all of the house. I would use the budgeting, list keeping of DIY, possessions tracking, it all sounds pretty good! Great give away!
This looks really awesome!I aqm a single Mom, and I am lucky enough to have a friend ththat helps me with home maintenance, but I am not always sure exactly what needs to be done… this would help me to implement a home maintenance schedule…FABULOUS! The other features look awesome, as well – but that would be my favorite… I cannot tell you how many times I have said, we need to take photos and document our 'stuff' for the insurance…. still not done! thanks! nice give-away!
Wow. I love the budget friendly aspect of this! I would love to track my ongoing home projects with this wonderful tool!
For years I have been planning to document our "nice" things for insurance purposes, but never quite got there. This looks doable.
We keep some paper files of home improvement receipts, and have photographed some of our possessions, but should a fire break out, all that would literally be toast. Home Zada to the rescue! Would love to win this subscription.
I just got my PMP certification, and I love the idea of doing project management at home, too! Keeping track of everything in one place sounds super appealing đŸ™‚
