***This Giveaway is now closed. Winner and discount code listed below.***

Most of us are passionate about our homes, and spend a great deal of time designing and creating a space we love. But how many of us have an updated inventory of our belongings? And is it actually kept in a safe place, in case disaster strikes? We switch out our decor for the seasons, but do we remember those maintenance tasks that keep the home safe, healthy and running smoothly?

We just moved into a new house and I'd love to redo some things and get new decorations. The house projects section would be wonderful!

It is a toss up between the home projects and the library of maintenance best practice with the reminder of when to do stuff.

Since we recently bought a new house, I would probably use every single piece of this software. Right now, I've been cataloging decor items, flooring, etc…that I love and want to incorporate, as well as tracking their costs. I've also developed a spreadsheet of what we've spent so far and wrote out a calendar for projects and when we want to accomplish them. Having all these documents in one place would be stellar!

My neighbor just had a water damage disaster that has made me think. I would definitely use the service to catalogue what I own and store warranties and receipts.

This software sounds like exactly what I need! We just moved into a new fixer up in April and we have started the process of keeping up with all of the house. I would use the budgeting, list keeping of DIY, possessions tracking, it all sounds pretty good! Great give away!

This looks really awesome!I aqm a single Mom, and I am lucky enough to have a friend ththat helps me with home maintenance, but I am not always sure exactly what needs to be done… this would help me to implement a home maintenance schedule…FABULOUS! The other features look awesome, as well – but that would be my favorite… I cannot tell you how many times I have said, we need to take photos and document our 'stuff' for the insurance…. still not done! thanks! nice give-away!

For years I have been planning to document our "nice" things for insurance purposes, but never quite got there. This looks doable.

We keep some paper files of home improvement receipts, and have photographed some of our possessions, but should a fire break out, all that would literally be toast. Home Zada to the rescue! Would love to win this subscription.

I just got my PMP certification, and I love the idea of doing project management at home, too! Keeping track of everything in one place sounds super appealing 🙂
