Faves Under $50

Hey gang!! Hello from tiny Marfa, Texas! We’ve been exploring the coolest little towns in West Texas this week, but today we’re headed south to Big Bend National Park. Did you know it’s the size of Rhode Island?! I think I’m most excited about seeing the stars tonight…people say they are astonishing!

Today I’m sharing a new Faves Under $50…and it’s a good one, if I do say so myself! I’m always checking on New Arrivals for home and wardrobe, and these new deals have caught my eye.

one  //  Flat Top Foundation Brush  I shared my Five Minute Makeup Routine recently, and had a lot of questions about the makeup brushes I use…specifically the flat-top brush for foundation. I invested in this brush a few years ago, and it changed the way my makeup wears!! (I used to use my fingers to apply my CC Cream.) Not only do I use a lot less product (since it’s not absorbing into my hands), but it applies in a smoother, airbrush finish. I dab the product on my entire face, then use circular motions to spread it evenly all over. Watch the video here to see what I’m talking about.

two  //  Tassel Necklace  I’m a sucker for all things tassel…they add so much fun and personality to outfits! This one is a great size and length, and I love the shades of blue for Spring and Summer. See it styled here.

three  //  Striped V-Neck Tee  This has quickly become my go-to tee…the stripes plus v-neck make it perfectly casual. I’ve worn it with cut-offs and sneakers, and under my fave utility jacket (see that here). I size up one for a relaxed fit.

four  //  Pom Pom Lace-Up Sandals  I can’t attest to how comfortable these lace-up sandals are, but I can say they’re darling! All you need is a white tee and cropped jeans, and your outfit is crazy-cute!

five  //  Gingham Top with Ruffle Trim  Mama Sugarplum and I both fell for this gingham cutie in the last Dressing Room Diaries…crisp cotton with darling ruffle trim, and now on sale!

six  //  Friday Tee  Every day can feel like Friday thanks to this tee! It’s the softest cotton in a relaxed fit, and so cute worn alone or layered under light jackets.

seven  //  Marble & Gold Phone Case  Time to update your phone case? I’m smitten with this marble one with shades of pink and gold.

eight  //  Coir Welcome Doormat  Speaking of updating, we definitely need to replace our outdoor doormats! Winter did a number on them, and I’m leaning towards these with the simple stripe and ‘Welcome’.

nine  //  Blue Rimmed Glasses  My favorite style of every day drinking glasses (that blue rim!), these are a steal for a set of four!

ten  //  Square Brush  I was thrilled y’all loved my review on the Dyson Supersonic Hair Dryer, and was surprised by how many of you were just as interested in the square brush I used to dry my hair! The square is kind of a cross between a flat, paddle brush and round brush. It dries my hair smooth, with just a touch of bend at the end.
