Amazon Fashion Finds | April

Happy Friday, friends, and cheers to the weekend! What do you have planned? We don’t have much on the agenda, but I do have the urge to purge and spring clean! Now that our patio is ready for the season (see it HERE), I’m ready to get the rest of our spaces cleaned up.

Today I’ve got your favorite monthly series, my Amazon Fashion Finds! I had so much fun finding fresh, affordable styles for the season… in fact, I found so many goodies I had to edit myself! I started these Fashion Finds over five years ago, and they quickly became reader faves.

It takes some intense digging to find the good stuff, but I love the challenge of discovering such gems! So let’s get to it!

Sizing info: I’m 5’4″ 125-ish pounds, and usually wear an XS and 26 jeans. My fit tips and sizing recommendations are included with each description.

Dresses & Rompers //

This cotton twill dress is a favorite for several years… so much so, I grabbed it in this new khaki color. It’s buttery soft and moves so beautifully, with adjustable straps and a comfy elastic across the back.

Fit Tip: I’m wearing an XS dress, but there’s not much give to the fabric, so I’d size up one if you’re busty.

Colorblock cutie! I love the color combos of this easy dress, made of a stretchy woven material. It comes in solids, as well, with the cutest ruffle sleeve and flared hem.

This one-shoulder is a fab find, for sure! The top has a comfy, stretchy smocking, with a silky-soft full skirt. Wear it with heels or flats, add a jacket or dress it up, it’s super versatile and uber stylish!

I shared a similar graphic dress in last week’s Dressing Room Diaries, but this one is about half the price! It’s a poly-blend with a touch of stretch, and I prefer the slimmer fit and sleeve.

Oh hey sassy LBD! I was instantly smitten with this one… a classic fit-and-flare, with a fun edgy cut-out. It’s surprisingly comfortable to wear and super flattering. The front is a low v, but still works with the NuBra, and the back of the skirt has an elastic waist. The longer length keeps it from being too sassy, and it even has pockets!

Fit Tip: I’m wearing an XS dress.

Your new summer uniform, this easy a-line dress is equal parts cute and comfy. With a tiered skirt and flutter sleeves, it’s a linen-blend you’ll reach for on repeat.

This floral dress is a gem! Made of a thick poly-blend, it has quite a bit of stretch for a flattering and comfy fit. I love the square neckline with cap sleeves, and the pleats are well-d0ne on the skirt.

Fit Tip: I’m wearing a size Small dress.

One of my favorite patterns, this black and white spot is perfect for Spring, Summer, and Fall…and the dresses are silky soft and lightweight. Both have a flattering halter neckline, the shorter one with an elastic waist and tie, the longer with a loose, drop waist.

Fit Tip: I’m wearing a size Small in both dresses.

Perfect for teachers or the office, this thick jersey-knit dress is soft and stretchy, with a flattering wrap top, ruching across the tummy, and a full skirt. The patterns and colors are so fun. I kept the black one for an easy date-night look. It’s awful to think about, but it’s a good option for funerals, as well. (I always keep a go-to in my closet for those occasions.)

Another great find for teachers and busy moms… this t-shirt dress is thick, but soft and stretchy, in a great length for running around (and bending over!). Wear it with sandals or sneakers, or even over your swimsuit.

Fit Tip: I’m wearing an XS dress.

If you’re keeping count, which surely you’re not, this makes four patterns I now own in this dress!! I just can’t quit it! I love the flowy shape, so easy to wear on its own or with a jean jacket, and it’s perfect for vacation. It has adjustable straps and pockets, and is a great length.

Fit Tip: I’m wearing an XS dress.

You may recognize this set from our Mexico trip (see those outfits HERE)… it was so fun to wear for vacation, and I realized I never shared it here! Made of a textured material, the pants are an easy pull-on with elastic waist and high leg slit. The cropped top has an elastic hem and flutter sleeves.

Fit Tip: I’m wearing an XS in the blue and a small in the black… I prefer the small for a less cropped top.

The fun spotted pattern, this time in a relaxed-fit romper. I love the oversized dolman sleeves and loose legs… pair it with wedges for date night, or flats for day time. The waist is elastic and includes an optional tie belt.

Fit Tip: I’m wearing a size Small romper, but would prefer an XS.

TOPS & TEES //

J.Crew or Amazon… you be the judge! This ruffled one-shoulder is all kinds of cute and so versatile. Wear it out or tucked, with denim or skirts, it’s a darling find for the season. The tie on the shoulder is a bit aggressive for me, but it can easily be snipped off (the pic on the right shows it without the bow).

Nothing says summer like an embroidered top, and I love the oversized fit of these. Plus, the embroidery is so well done!

Fit Tip: I’m wearing a size Small top, but no need to size up.

Looking for an easy graphic tee… both these ‘Be Kind’ options are darling! The tee is crazy-soft, and the sweatshirt is the perfect light weight for the season.

Henleys are a closet staple for me, and this waffle knit is perfect for pairing with jeans and shorts. It has a relaxed, drop shoulder, and is a longer length for wearing out or tucked.

Pants & Skirts //

I can’t get enough of palazzo pants this season, and the pattern on these is so chic! They’re a light weight, silky rayon, with elastic waist and drawstring. They run long, but I just rolled the waistband once for the perfect length for me.

The tee is a basic v-neck with a kick… check out the detail on the sleeve!

Patterned Wide Leg Pants

These pants have an extra-wide leg, and look almost like a skirt, with a wrap belt that helps to slim the waist. I love them paired with a basic tank, or even over your swimsuit.

Fit Tip: I’m wearing a size 4-6 pants and Small tank.

I love maxi skirts for warmer months, and tend to reach for them over shorts for a more comfortable and flattering style. This gauzy skirt has an easy, pull-on elastic waist for a breezy fit. It’s lined to the knee.

Swimsuits & Cover-Ups //

This suit is super chic, but also mom-approved! The top has support with built-in cups, ruching across the tummy for added coverage and control, and a full-coverage bum. It comes in tons of amazing solids and fun prints.

Fit Tip: I’m wearing a size XS swim suit.

A similar suit, with extra ruching through the tummy, this one-shoulder has a shelf-bra and full coverage across the bum.

I love the retro vibes of this high-rise two-piece… plus the bold colors! The top can be worn with or without the tie, depending on the coverage you prefer. The bottoms have a tummy-controlling high rise, but the back is a touch cheeky.

Your tan lines might be interesting, but you’ll be the talk of the pool in this uber chic suit! Made of a textured material, it has adjustable straps and a padded top. The bum coverage is good, too! I love this skirt worn as a cover-up, don’t you?!

Scalloped One Piece Swim Suit

As for cover-ups, these were my favorite finds this month, by far! The light blue on the left is a gauzy, textured cotton shirt with pleats and a button front. The pink on the right is a classic pullover shirt style, in a silky material and roll-tab sleeves.

Fit Tip: I’m wearing a size Small in both cover-ups.

So once again, Amazon delivers the goods! So many great finds and stylish pieces, don’t you think? And of course I wore the Easy Does It Wire-Free Bra or the NuBra with just about everything. Don’t we all have at least one of those happy bras by now?!
