YUM | Sweet & Creamy Sriracha Dip

Thank you, thank you for love on our family photos yesterday! One of the cool things about keeping this blog is the personal scrapbook it is for our family. I love looking back at how they’ve changed and grown over the years, and sharing it with y’all is the icing on the cake! Oh, and I added fit tips here for my outfit for those of you asking.

I can’t believe it’s been almost a year since I’ve posted a recipe! Would you believe my intention this year was to post one a month? Ha! I guess that shows where my priorities don’t lie! 😉 It’s true, I don’t do a lot of cooking (I’m more of a preparer), and my dinner menu is pretty much the same week after week.

But I do like to whip up easy desserts and dips, especially this time of year. With holiday entertaining, plus football season in full swing, we’re heavy on dips and appetizers around here. And this one is a stand-by, perfect for entertaining at home, or guaranteeing a return invite from friends. I always hear, ‘Bring that sriracha dip!!’ Because who doesn’t like sweet and spicy?!

{What You Need}
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 T. Uniquely J Organic Sriracha Sauce (add more if you’re spicy!)
1 T. Rice Vinegar (I used red wine vinegar)
1 T. honey
1 t. ketchup
1/2 t. garlic powder
1/2 t. paprika
1/2 lime
pinch of sea salt

{What You Do}
Blend all ingredients until smooth (may require a whip depending on consistency of mayo)
Refrigerate until cold

I love this recipe because it contains ingredients I always have on hand, and whips up in minutes. Not to mention addictingly good! I serve it with sweet potato fries (from the frozen foods section of the grocery), and it’s amazing on fish tacos, chicken tenders, and even hamburgers.
