This Really Melts My Butter, II

The Land of Blogs continues to bring the heat with more fabulous projects. I bookmarked these faster than Charlie Sheen’s descent into obscurity.

Ashley at A Blonde’s DIY Life took a clearance Target lamp and made it glam!

Aubrey at Aubrey + Lindsay’s Blog made these adorable cake pops. In 5 minutes! You’ll have to check out her post to see the secret, time saving ingredient!

I can’t even talk about these Baby Cakes by Family Chic without my stomach growling.

Michelle at Ten June DIY’ed a Deer Head. Out of paper mache!!!

After our recent trip to Belgium, I’m a bit obsessed with the place. Brooke Gianetti recently went with her family and shared pictures from her friend’s home in the Belgian countryside. I’m dying.
Chevron stripes have been around for awhile, and are everywhere. Regardless, I’m still itching to create them in my home. There are numerous tutorials on how to DIY the zig zags, but I’m always left confused by them. Finally a DIY Chevron Stripe tutorial that even I can follow! Thanks Laura Beth at A Step in the Journey!
An affordable garden stool still alludes me, but Laura at The Steen Style found some unfortunate-looking ones for $25 each….and made them look like this!

How fabulous are bloggers? Happy Weekend, sweet peas!

holy crap I am inspired. I guess I should get off my ass now and try to tackle some sort of a project instead of drinking wine and eating blue cheese stuffed olives. But seriously I love that lamp and chevron dresser. Happy weekend Cassie!
