I can’t believe we’re already on week two of the Summer of Style series! This Summer is going to fly by, isn’t it?! Our son will be a senior in high school, so I have a feeling the entire next year is going to pass at warp speed. I’m so proud and so devastated at the same time! But that’s another post for another day.
Today I’ve got the cutest halter dress for you, and trust me when I say you won’t want to take this one off!
The top is extra-thick knit with lots of stretch, and the skirt a crisp, cotton poplin. I love the flirty and flattering silhouette, paired with the sporty stripes. But the back is the real show-stopper!
Fit Tip: I’m wearing a reg 0, and it falls just below my knees. Petite sizing is available, too.
I’ve paired it with my favorite wedges and a straw bag for a more casual style, but you could easily dress it up for weddings and other glam occasions with strappy heels and a clutch.
These neutral wedges go with absolutely everything, and the nude is such a flattering, leg-lengthening shade. The wedge makes them comfy for walking and standing all day, too. Plus, they’re a great deal at under $80!
Fit Tip: They fit mostly true-to-size, but if you’re in-between, you might want to size up half.
I didn’t realize just how much I adore these Treasure & Bond wedges until I looked back at some of my recent outfits! And I styled pretty much half the Gibson x Hi Sugarplum Collection with them! They’re available in four colors, two of which are already in my closet. Here’s a few styles to give you an idea of their versatility!
Sidenote: Did you know when you buy Treasure & Bond, Nordstrom donates 2.5% of net sales to organizations that work to empower youth!? I love supporting companies that give back!
Wow, this post derailed a little, but I honestly couldn’t believe just how often I’ve reached for these wedges in the few months I’ve owned them! Do you have a favorite wedge sandal, or are you more of a flat sandal girl?
