It’s obvious my love of bright colors and patterns applies to both my home and closet (hello Stripes & Florals), but I can also appreciate a pretty dress in a lovely, muted hue. Okay, to be fair, I bought this dress for a Summer funeral. Had it not been for that sad occasion, I’d likely have brought the mint green one home. So to make the dress more ‘me’ in my day-to-day life, I paired it with bright aqua accessories.
I’ve been searching for the elusive “perfect gray” paint color for our Living Room, so I’ve been pinning lots of rooms like this….and my favorites tend to include a touch of aqua, too.
Gray pairs nicely with just about any color, but I’m drawn to the watery shades of blue. Not to mention, I jump at the chance to wear these floral pumps with the little bow on the toe.

Awesome dress!! I've "gone gray" in my home office and now my dining room… in the office I've got pops of purple (which I LOVE). The dining room is a work in progress, but I love a bright green with gray, too. And now your aqua has got my wheels turning… thanks for the inspiration!

That looks beautiful, Cassie! I love gray paired with blues. My living room is actually gray and blue with yellow accents and I am debating painting my kitchen gray and pairing it with coral accents.
I just painted our DR Benjamin Moore Cumulus Cloud #1550. I really like it with the contrast of the White Trim (Behr Color: Polar Bear) and the Black painted brick around the fireplace. I am doing a LR makeover to be the Eating Area of the Kitchen. I am new at blogging, but I will be doing a page on the whole room redo, along with the basement and kitchen redos also!
