Yes ma’am, I collaborated with the talented team at Gibson for a third line of happy, colorful pieces, available exclusively online at Nordstrom June 6!!
Never in my wildest dreams did I think something like this would happen once, let alone, three times!! But your enthusiastic support and love for our Gibson x Hi Sugarplum Collections made it possible, and I can not thank you enough!

WHEN DOES THE GIBSON X HI SUGARPLUM SUMMER OF COLOR COLLECTION LAUNCH?
Thursday, June 6…less than three weeks away! 17 days, to be exact!!
WHAT INSPIRED SUMMER OF COLOR?
My love of color runs deep, especially during the sunny days of Summer. The Summer of Color Collection was inspired by the bold hues of the Mediterranean…deep blues, vibrant pinks, and punchy reds. The pieces are designed to mix and match as sets or as separates, perfect for all your fun Summer days and travels.
WHERE WILL I BE ABLE TO SHOP THE COLLECTION?
The Collection will be available online at Nordstrom.com! On launch day, I’ll be sharing the full Gibson x Hi Sugarplum Summer of Color Collection here on the blog, along with fit tips and detailed descriptions to help you navigate the pieces, and determine the best size for you. So mark your calendars now for June 6th, 5am CST! (Email subscribers get first look and opportunity to shop, so make sure you’re signed up here!)
WHAT SIZES WILL BE AVAILABLE?
I’m thrilled to announce this new Summer of Color Collection will be size inclusive! Every piece will be available in a range of sizes from XXS Petite to 3X. We are passionate about all women being able to wear the Gibson x Hi Sugarplum Collections, so a range of sizing was extremely important to us. We paid special attention to the individual cut and fit for the petite, plus, and regular sizes.
WHERE WILL YOU SHIP?
Thanks to our partnership with Nordstrom, most items will be available for international shipping! And United States friends will receive free shipping and returns!
WHAT’S THE PRICE RANGE?
You know budget-friendly pieces are my jam, so most everything is around $50, and nothing is over $100! The quality is incredible, and we created pieces that are not only fun, but classic and timeless, so you’ll be adding new wardrobe staples with your Gibson x Hi Sugarplum Summer of Color pieces.
WHAT TYPE OF PIECES ARE INCLUDED?
Without giving too much away, think luxe fabrics, chic prints, and flattering colors. It includes dresses, tanks, tops, rompers, shorts, pants, and the cutest tees I’ve ever owned! The pieces are incredibly versatile, and easily transition from casual days to sassy nights. And of course it’s all full of exciting colors, patterns, and feminine details! #sugarplumstyle
DID YOU DESIGN THE CLOTHES?
I’ve learned so much from our first two Collections, and was excited to be more involved in the design process with the Gibson team this time. We started in February (remember those ‘secret’ trips to Los Angeles?!), where the creative director and design team of Gibson presented beautiful moodboards and inspiration for the upcoming summer trends. From there, we developed a theme and determined the pieces for our Collection.
Then we chose favorite colors and started playing with print ideas. And since it’s our third Collection, we were able to pay more attention to fun details! Once the group was edited down, the selection was presented to Nordstrom! (Always an exciting step!)
The next few months are spent perfecting the cut and fit of each piece, tweaking the colors and patterns…basically getting everything exactly right, and always with you in mind! This Summer of Color Collection brings together my Sugarplum style and Gibson’s expertise in design, fabric, and fit, and I could not be more proud and excited for what we created!!
And while I don’t have any official design experience, I do know what I like, and how I want to look and feel in clothes. Gibson took those thoughts and feelings, and turned them into another perfectly ‘Sugarplum’ Collection!
I have this opportunity because of YOU, dear friends!, and am humbled beyond words for your support and faith in me. Your enthusiasm over the years is what led to this, and I’m forever grateful to you. We wanted this Summer of Color Collection to bring you joy, and make your season colorful!
