Happy almost-Friday!! It’s been a busy week of last-minute holiday prep, school final exams, and unfortunately, a sick kid! Little Miss hasn’t been feeling great, so we’re hoping she’s back to her spunky self soon. We’ve got lights to see, ice rinks to visit, and hot cocoa to drink!

I’ve tried a lot of hiking shoes, and these from Adidas are hands-down the best. They aren’t too heavy or bulky, and have incredible traction for hiking and climbing. Plus, they rinse off easily and are water resistant! The backpack is a great day pack for snacks and water, but Little Miss uses it most. (The style and brand is a teen-fave.)

Clearly the snap fleece pullovers are our faves (we each have several colors!), but I just spotted these new styles from Patagonia I can’t wait to test out. I wore the zip-up hooded jacket two days in a row this week, so I can already tell you it’s a keeper!! I love the softness and slightly oversized fit.
I always size up one in pullovers and outdoor wear, and wear a small in all the tops and jackets.
