Crazy to believe, but we’re already halfway to May… and Texas is in full-blown Spring! Which means alternating days of beautiful sun and crazy storms, and absolutely everything in bloom!
It also means I can finally retire my sweaters and boots in favor of colorful florals and easy slides… and dresses are always my faves! I love to mix and match separates, but it’s hard to beat the ease of a dress.
In this season of showers and brunches, graduations and parties, I’ll be reaching for dresses for all the festive Spring occasions, and of course I found some darling options at Nordstrom, each with beautiful details to make them extra-special!

Fit and flare styles are always my faves for their flattering shape… throw in a halter neckline, and it’s dress-perfection! It’s a thick, almost scuba material, with a touch of stretch for a comfortable, easy fit. The pleats and subtle cut-out are special touches, and the length is perfect for a range of events.
These Clear Block Heels have been on repeat, and are the absolute best for just about every style! It’s the perfect low block heel for all-day comfort, and the wide, clear straps give you legs for days.

I shared this darling dress in my latest Dressing Room Diaries (see it all HERE), but I’m so smitten it needed another appearance! Cleobella is one of my favorite brands, for not only their bold, gorgeous prints, but their dedication to artisans around the globe.
This a-line dress is made of super-soft organic cotton, with full sleeves and ruffled details. It’s fully lined and super lightweight, as well. The wedges are a great neutral and comfy fit and height.

I don’t know when or where I’ll wear this dress, I just know that I’m keeping it! I mean really, have you seen a more ‘Sugarplum’ style?! Made of a crisp cotton with gorgeous pink and red embroidery, the back is stunning with elastic criss-cross straps. And when it comes to bra coverage with styles like this, nippies are the best!

You can’t go wrong with a classic shirtdress, and this one is all kinds of fun! It’s a linen/silk blend, giving it a luxe feel, with flutter sleeves and a full tie at the waist for extra-feminine touches.

And finally, who remembers this gorgeous dress?! It’s not only back, but in new colors, too! I love everything about this dress… the bold green, the tiers, the full skirt… it’s stunning with the perfect amount of WOW factor! It’s made of a cotton poplin, with a stretchy smocked waist, so it’s as light and comfy as it it stunning. You’ll be twirling through the season in this number!
It does have a deep neckline and low sides, so these nippies were the best bra option.
