Eenie, Meenie, Miney, Maxi

Oh Monday, you beast! Aren’t weekends supposed to rejuvenate our souls, and motivate us to tackle a new week?! It always seems to be the opposite for me…the more fabulous the weekend, the harder it is to return to work! All weekends do is make me wish I were a lady of leisure, then everyday would be Saturday! #callingallsugardaddies  😉

And this weekend was certainly fabulous, with two full days of uninterrupted time, just the four of us.  Minus the backseat bickering at mile marker 217, the road trip was a successful one. I’ll share our adventure to The Woodlands Resort with you soon, but for now, it’s full-steam ahead prepping for our trip to the Mediterranean. I’m trying not to panic, but we leave Thursday! As in, three days away!!

Ask me what I’ve done to prepare. Um, nothing! Am I packed? No! Do I have the kids schedules organized, end-of-year teacher gifts bought, or even laundry done? No, nope, and not even close.

But what I have done, is order a whole slew of dresses for evenings on the ship!! #priorities It’s not really necessary to go all-out, as even a sundress would be suitable for Formal Night, but I’m never one to pass up the opportunity to dress up.

Problem is, I love, love, love all three dresses I ordered…but my bank account says to choose one…so I’m hoping y’all can help!

ONE // Obviously I’m continually drawn to this dress, as this is the second time I’ve tried it on. But never in this gorgeous pink and navy combo. The high-waist band makes me look taller, and the back has a gorgeous sash at the neck.

TWO //  I actually squealed when I put this one on, then proceeded to twirl and swish the skirt…but it was an immediate ‘NO’ from my kids. I think there’s something very elegant and classy about the pleats, and the gold chain at the neck makes it modern.

THREE // Are you surprised all three are pink? Of course not, it’s mah signachuh cullah! #namethatmovie This one has the same fit and open-back as the first dress, but a softer floral pattern. It also comes with a pink sash for the waist, but I think I prefer it without. And since all three dresses are petite, no alterations needed!

Fit Tip: I’m wearing a 2P in all three dresses. The length is perfect for heels, and I have plenty of breathing/eating room.

FOUR // This lace midi is completely different, but fun, so I thought I’d throw it in for another option.

As for what else I’m packing, of course my go-to, wear-everywhere dress…it accompanies me on every single trip. Also, this striped maxi dressmy favorite tees and white jeansthis wrap dress (if the new size comes in time), and the world’s most perfect romper.

I’ve been wearing these shoes around for about a month, and they’re super comfy, so I think those, along with these sandals, will be my day shoes for exploring. I’ve also got a few maybe’s…like this palm dress, and this scarf print dress. Yeah, I’m a little embarrassed by the amount of shopping I’ve done, but come on…it’s two weeks in the Mediterranean!!! 😉

I’ve got a monster-sized Dressing Room Diaries coming up later this week, but I needed your opinion on these dresses first, so I can pack. So cast your vote…which one should I take on the cruise?
