Happy Friday, friends, and cheers to the weekend! After four years of our son leaving for college, you’d think it’d be a little easier… but my heart felt heavy yesterday when he left for campus.

Certainly nothing like the first time (read about that HERE), but I think any mom would agree, we’re more at peace when our babes are all under our roof! The upside is his girlfriend now lives in Dallas, so something tells me we’ll see more of him this school year!

I’m crazy for this whimsical floral print, and couldn’t decide if I loved the midi or mini length best?! Both have feminine details I love, like flutter sleeves and ruffle trim, and the belted waist makes them both super flattering. I wore this top on my Instagram Story the other day and my DMs went crazy!! I love that these styles are perfect for everyday, but also darling options for school spirit, too! (I’m looking at you, UT fans!) This abstract print is so fun, and the material is soft and light. The dress is fully-lined with a drop shoulder and easy shape, and the top has the cutest tall ruffled collar! Sweater dresses are always a favorite for Fall and Winter months, and these two are not only crazy soft and stretchy, but so easy to wear! Made of the softest material, they have lots of stretch, and are as cozy as they are cute.

Statement tops make for easy outfits… pair them with your favorite jeans, or dress them up with skirts and trousers, they bring so much personality! This woven top is so chic, with a flattering wrap front, smocked waist, and peplum hem. The body is lined, but the flutter sleeves are sheer. It’s also easily dressed up or down.

I’ve been on a purple kick lately, and it was love at first sight with this gorgeous jewel-toned top! It’s silky with beautiful draped sleeves and pleating detail. It’s longer and flowy, and easily dresses up.

As far as classic button-downs go, they don’t get any better than this one!! The material feels incredible on, and the fit is both feminine and relaxed. I love the stripe, too.

This cotton cardigan is preppy nirvana!! The cropped fit, the brass buttons, the classic stripes… I’m smitten with all of it! It’s soft with a medium weight, so you can easily wear it for multiple seasons.

Talk about LOVE at first sight… this sweater stole my heart! The cotton weave makes it soft and a little heavy, but not overly hot, with the cutest graphic and mock neck.

A best-seller from last year, this dolman sleeve sweater is back, and in TONS more colors! It’s super soft, with a stretchy ribbed texture. The sleeves are fitted, with a relaxed shoulder… you can wear it long over the bum, or folded under.

This notch collar blazer is not only in my personal Top 5 closet faves, but a top-seller for y’all for years!! It’s my go-to piece when I want to feel chic, powerful, or pulled-together… it truly does it all! I wear it with denim, trousers, over dresses, and with everything from sneakers to loafers to booties.

It’s a stretchy cotton knit that super flattering on, and comfortable to wear all day. The hardest part is choosing a color!

Fit Tip: I’m wearing a size XS… I also love the fit of an XXS for a shrunken look.

Tonal sets continue to be a hot trend, and I couldn’t be happier about it! They’re equally chic and comfy, and this sweater set takes it to the next level! A pull-on, elastic waist pant, with relaxed mock neck sweater, both have a fun ribbed texture and easy fit. Wear it with sneakers or slides, and jazz it up with fun accessories.

Okay, let’s talk bottoms… I found these wide leg pants at the NSale, and thanked my lucky stars!! It’s rare to find a classic trouser that fits and feels as well as these! Made of a thick Ponte knit, they are super-flattering and so polished. The high-waist and full leg give you legs for days, too.

I wear white denim year round, and I’m loving the softness of this cream denim! These Risen jeans (one of our favorite denim brands) have a high-rise with wide leg and cropped fit. The denim is super-soft and stretchy, with a raw hem.

Fit Tip: I’m wearing a size 25… my usual for this brand, but I always prefer a size up in light-colored denim, so I think I’d prefer a 26.

Meet your favorite new everyday/travel pant!! These Ponte knit pants are beyond soft and so comfy, but have a chic, pulled-together wide leg style. They’re super versatile, too, and go with everything from tees to sweaters.

Fit Tip: I prefer them with a looser fit through the bum and thighs, so I sized up to a Small.

You’ll never believe the price of this classic pleated midi skirt! It’s a gorgeous faux leather with a fitted waist, in a beautiful neutral tan you’ll wear for years!

I shared these wide leg trouser jeans last month, and they remain a favorite find… and will definitely be on repeat in the coming seasons! Super soft denim, with high rise and wide legs, I love the dressier style, while still being comfortable.

Fit Tip: I prefer a size-up in light-colored denim, these are a size 27.

Did you notice my new sneakers? Definitely a splurge, and a style I never thought I’d wear! I’ve never really been a fan of Golden Goose, with the distressed (dirty) finish, but I finally found a style with no distressing, and the all-leather makes them perfect for year-round (unlike the styles with suede accents).

Plus, the gold and white is super neutral, and they go with everything from denim to dresses. I’m completely smitten now and finally get the hype!! Find this style HERE, and I’d recommend sizing down half.
