Amazon Fashion Finds | January

Happy Friday, friends, and cheers to the weekend! We kicked off the week moving Sloan back to college and are ending it with a massive winter storm! She had her tonsils removed over Winter Break, and ohemgee that was rough!! I always thought tonsillectomies were fairly routine, but the recovery is positively brutal!

Honestly I was so relieved to see her feeling better, that it made the drop-off a little easier. That’s a lie. I’m missing her like crazy. Sometimes I think the drop-off after Winter Break is harder than Summer… the quiet after all the fun and joy of the holidays.

Mr. Sugarplum and I aren’t wasting any time hopping back on our Freedom Tour though, and are slipping off to a new-to-us destination next week. I’ll give you two hints… tropical and monkeys. Follow me on Instagram HERE to see where we land!

Today it’s time for your favorite series, my Amazon Fashion Finds! I started these Fashion Finds over 8 years ago, and they quickly became your faves. It takes some intense digging to find the good stuff, but I love the challenge of discovering such gems! This month has some really fun finds, so let’s get started!

Sizing info: I’m 5’4″ 120-ish pounds, and usually wear a size XS and 26 jeans. My fit tips and sizing recommendations are included with each description.

Chic Sets //

Chic meets cozy sets continue to be daily uniforms over here, and Amazon has no shortage of great options! I traveled in it recently, and received so many compliments! It’s super comfy, with pull-on wide leg pants and a zipper pullover. The pants even have a flattering front seam and the top a brass zipper for more added style.

Fit Tip: I’m wearing a size Small, but it’s a little big, so stick with your usual size.

This one has a very similar style to my beloved Spanx, but at a fraction of the price. The material doesn’t compare to the luxe AirEssentials, but is definitely soft and comfy. I’ve tried a few brands that make this style, and this is my fave fit.

Fit Tip: I’m wearing a size Small set, but you can see the pants would likely be too short for taller girls. This set is quite a bit longer.

This vest has a soft, matte finish, and comes in tons of great colors. I love it paired with this sweater set for a chic tone-on-tone look. It’s great with leggings, as well.

Sweaters //

I wore this pullover sweater last week, and my DMs went crazy for link requests! It’s truly so cute, and even better, it’s super cozy and stretchy! I love the taller neckline and zipper, and the contrasting trim makes it a little sporty.

Fit Tip: I’m wearing a size Small pullover, but it’s definitely a relaxed fit.

This knit is really soft and incredible quality, with a henley neckline and cute collar (hard to see in the photo, click the link for better detail). It could easily pair with trousers for a dressier style, or keep it casual and chic with denim. It comes in a range of colors, but I’m still crushing on chocolate brown.

Fit Tip: I’m wearing a size Small pullover.

Always a sucker for fair isle, this sweater has a fun, graphic take on the classic pattern. It’s soft and chunky, and is so cute layered or alone. (These cotton button-ups are closet staples for me!)

Who doesn’t love a cozy cardigan, and this one is an incredible find! Super soft and stretchy, with a boyfriend fit and shape, and cute front pockets.

Fit Tip: I’m wearing a size XS tee and size Small cardigan.

Didn’t I tell you I’m crushing on brown?! I love this relaxed turtleneck with high-low hem and soft knit. The collar is ribbed and perfectly structured without being constrictive.

Fit Tip: I’m wearing a size Small sweater.

You know I have a thing for lady cardigans, and it was an easy ‘yes’ with this striped cutie! It’s a relaxed fit with great texture and brass buttons. It’s thick enough to wear alone, but not bulky for tying on your shoulders. The gingham is the same shirt as the blue stripes above, I have it in several prints!

This sweater just begs for a ski trip… the chunky knit, fair isle print, and oversized fit are perfect for cold days. I’d wear it open over a tee or button-down shirt, too.

Quality crewnecks are a closet staple, and this one is a gem! Made of a soft and stretchy knit, it has a classic crewneck fit and shape, easily layering over collared shirts and tied around your shoulders. Wear it casual with denim, or tucked into trousers and skirts.

Fit Tip: I’m wearing a size Small sweater and button down.

This chunky tweed-style sweater lives in my closet now… it was just too good! It’s soft and so chic, with pearl buttons and a feminine fit.

This quarter-zip has been a fave for years, so I scooped it up in this new khaki color. It’s soft and stretchy, and launders so well (I even put mine in the dryer!). I’ve worn it with jeans and this satin midi skirt.

Shirts & Jackets //

My gingham girls will love this find!! It’s a classic preppy print with the cutest ruffle detail at the collar, placket, and sleeves.

Fit Tip: I’m wearing a size Small shirt, but it runs big, I’d prefer a size down.

Every closet also needs a perfect white button-down, and this one has been my go-to for years. I finally retired my old one for a fresh new white, and I love the crisp material and feminine fit.

Fit Tip: I’m wearing a size Small shirt. It does have a bit of stretch, so there’s some give.

We can get away with light jackets much of the season, and this quilted cutie has been in rotation! The print and color is just so fun, and adds the perfect punch to outfits.

Fit Tip: I’m wearing a size XS jacket.

Athleisure //

This look-for-less set will blow your mind! In fact, I had to check the label twice to be sure I hadn’t ordered from Vuori! Made of quality fabric, the leggings are high-rise with a cute drawstring detail. The top is double-lined and fits more like a long-line sports bra, and I love the high neck and racerback shape. Comfy, flattering, and cute (all the motivation I need to get back in the gym)!

Fit Tip: I’m wearing a size Small top and leggings, but the leggings run a tad big in the waist, so I’d err on your smaller size if in-between.

Another fun look-for-less, this sherpa is Free People style, but the Amazon prices we love! Super soft and in the cutest color combos! It has zippered pockets and even drawcord on the hem.

Fit Tip: I’m wearing a size XS pullover.

This vest is a fun option, made of quality sherpa in a range of colors! Pair it with jeans and sneakers for a cute street style, too.

Resort Styles //

We’ve been chatting all things Resort lately (see that HERE and HERE), I’m always dreaming of warmer days! If you’ve got plans on the horizon, I found some great styles, starting with this maxi dress! I’m crazy for the print and colors, and top is is the cutest crochet material with braided straps. It’s definitely coming with me on our trip!

Fit Tip: I’m wearing a size XS dress.

This shirtdress had me instantly dreaming of Spring!! The colors, the brown trim, the darling print…I love everything about it! The material is a slightly textured chambray, not sheer at all, and has a removable tie belt.
