Welcome back to a new week, friends! How was your weekend? My trees have been up for two weeks, but I finally cracked open the bins of decor and ornaments yesterday! My plan was to go minimal, but once the Christmas music cranked up, it was game ON!
Our son comes home tonight, and then my wish is for time to just slow! Thanksgiving will look pretty different for us this year, with it being just the four of us, but I’m hoping to make the most of it.
I did find restaurants near our parents that have special Thanksgiving menus, and offer delivery, so we’re surprising them with a mini feast this week. It feels good to do something special for them, and help local spots, too. 2020 has definitely required us to get creative!

Darn it Cassie! I’m supposed to be shopping for others … and instead I found this.
Cozy Fleece V-Neck Ribbed Cuff Tunic and ordered it in purple vinter which I’d call Cassie Hot Pink.
I also noticed Gibson is almost out of the Gibson Notch Collar blazer on the Gibson site but Nordstrom has it in more sizes on their site at 40% off. Just in case anyone is looking…
