Summer of Style | 03

First of all, thank you so much for the love on our Kitchen Reveal!! We’re thrilled with how the room turned out, and grateful to Emily and her team for helping us finish. I’m hoping now I’ll actually be inspired to cook more! #yeahright

Today is our last full day in Hawaii before flying home, and I’m so excited to share everything we’ve done, seen, and eat…but considering how many pictures I’ve taken, that could be awhile. (See a few snapshots and outfits in this post.)

But I do have another fun outfit in the Summer of Style series, featuring the cutest skirt for so many occasions, and the chicest tee every closet needs.

The seersucker print is quintessentially Summer, and so crisp paired with virtually any color. The knee-length makes it perfect for a whole range of occasions, and the a-line fit is feminine and flattering. The tie is my favorite detail, and is so cute tied in the front or back.

Fit Tip: The skirt is a crisp cotton, and true to size. I’m wearing a 0.

The blue stripes pair with a slew of colors, but I styled it with a soft, but super-chic, elbow sleeve white tee. It’s a favorite from my Gibson x Hi Sugarplum Collection, and also comes in the cutest stripes.

Fit Tip: The tee is a stretchy cotton blend and true to size, I’m wearing an XS.

Of course I had to have a pop of color, so I added some eccentric earrings and a fun bag. These wedges are a great mix of dressy and casual, super comfy, and a great height if you prefer a lower heel.
