Last weekend, when we ate our way through went to the State Fair of Texas, we were wearing coats and hats. But today, in true Texas-style, we’re back in the 80s. This is when it gets tricky…dressing for the weather, but also for the season. During these crazy days of fluctuating temps, I tend to cover either my legs or my arms.
I know you’re shocked to see me in head-to-toe neutrals…and believe me, I was tempted to wear red shoes…but went with the gray peep-toes for a more streamlined look. I do like a touch of the unexpected though, so I added a leopard necklace from Furbish.

The white tee has a ruffled trim that adds a fun layer under jackets and cardigans. I like even my basics to have a little touch of something special…it helps make an outfit more interesting. And take note, this is as clean as my hair gets! (Don’t get used to it, mom!)
What are you wearing these days? Are the temperatures as crazy in your area?
Love this combo for home and fashion!
You are adorable. Gray and navy are my two, hands DOWN, favorite colors. đŸ™‚
You look great! And I just love that skirt. đŸ™‚ So pretty!
I adore that jacket! I want your hair too đŸ™‚
Lookin' good friend! Ooooh…..after I saw you yesterday I discovered a new store that you are going to FLIP for! I'm going to highlight it next week, so stay tuned! đŸ™‚

Oooh, love that navy jacket.
Love your outfit. And, I am loving gray and navy this year. I promised myself I would move away from black for once. It was hot when we left Texas on Sunday, warm here yesterday and now we've turned the heat on!!
You're speaking my language…neutrals! You're as adorable as ever. Getting kids dressed this time of year is the hardest, right? Gotta love Texas.
Mmmm, love gray and navy…well actually gray and anythng! I wish Txas would make up its mind; hot or cold! I am having the same 'what do I wear today' issues all because of the weather.

Last week we were in the 60s and this week we're in the 80s as well. Ridiculous weather here in Los Angeles!
I love your style…this is the perfect outfit for work.
If you could just package this entire outfit up and send it my direction, I would appreciate it!
How cute are you? And how beautiful are all your inspiration images. Love it all around!

AMEN to the navy blazer. It is a wardrobe must!
Love the outfit! Neutral but not at all boring.
Do the people you work with realize what a cute blogging maven you are? Love this.
I love your skirt. Must have it! đŸ™‚
Gorgeous outfit! It looks so classic and so expensive! I'm a sucker for navy and I'm glad to see it popping up all over lately.
Michigan has the same thing right now. 70 yeaterday and 55 today. Craziness! I just painted my livingroom gray with the inside of the coved ceiling the color of peacock blue. The rest of the ceiling is lighter gray, white trim, chocolate brown hardwood floors and red accent pieces. I think it is devine and rich. Gray goes with everything so I can change up my accessories all year round. Just like clothes:)
