Monogram Mania

I don’t know if it’s a Southern thing, or maybe extreme vanity, but I’ll slap my monogram on just about anything not moving. I like to think my mom anticipated this obsession…or maybe even enabled it…by giving me a double initial. I desperately wanted to do the same for Little Miss, but Mr. SP and I weren’t able to settle on any first names starting with F. (Try to think of a good double F name, I challenge you!)

Several monograms I’ve DIYed myself, like this craft jar, a straw tote, our front porch, and even Little Miss’s old window pelmet. But when I’m looking for something especially nice, and beautifully made, I always turn to Mark & Graham.

I recently added monogrammed towels to our Master Bathroom, and they instantly made the room more chic.

I tend to gravitate towards a circle design that showcases my double-C, but they have so many options and colors. There’s a really helpful guide to monograms on their site, too, if you’re not quite sure the order of things. I like to use my monogram when it comes to home decor items like towels and bedding (I am the woman of the house, after all)…but will use both mine and Mr. SP’s initials when it comes to pieces used in entertaining, like platters and cups.

There’s something so thoughtful and personal about monogrammed gifts, as well, and Mark & Graham makes it so easy to find the perfect gift for everyone. Whether you’re shopping for the hostess or entertainer, new moms or travelers, they’ve got it all!

Not to mention, each and every item you order is gift-packaged by hand, in high-quality boxes and ribbons. The recipient of your gift will know it came with love and class. (They don’t have to know monogramming and gift wrapping are always free!)

I’ll show you several more monogrammed items next week in my {One Room Challenge} Reveal! Did you catch the final update yesterday? Are you monogram obsessed, or prefer to leave it off? What are your favorite personalized gifts to give?

    It's pretty easy.

    • Love all these names…we didn't have any problems finding F names…it was finding an F name that sounded good with our F last name. đŸ˜‰ xo
