FRIENDS!!!! Tomorrow is the big day! We are just hours away from the Gibson x Hi Sugarplum Summer of Color Collection launch, and I couldn’t be more excited! We’ve covered a lot of information over the past couple of weeks, but I wanted to round it all up in one spot, and answer a few more recurring questions.
What’s the best way to prepare to shop the Collection?
Carbs and coffee!! Just kidding…you know I’ll still be fasting, ha! The best thing is to start right here on Hi Sugarplum! I’ll be sharing the full line, along with my fit tips and detailed descriptions to help you navigate the pieces and determine the best size for you. (Plus proper undergarments for each!). Email subscribers get first look, so make sure you’re subscribed here to get access as soon as the Collection is LIVE!
Another important reason to shop the Collection directly from my blog post, is so Nordstrom can see the full force of Team Sugarplum! This Collection has been a true labor of love, and when you shop from my links, it ensures the credit is given to me. The best way is using a computer (desktop or laptop), rather than a mobile device. But if you’re a phone/tablet girl, just make sure to complete your transaction in whatever social media window or browser you clicked from.
What time will the Collection launch?
I’m excited to give loyal Hi Sugarplum readers first access and all the details to the Collection, so I’ll be unveiling it here around 5am CST! Email subscribers will be the first to see it, so make sure you’re signed up here.
Where will I be able to buy it?
The Gibson x Hi Sugarplum Summer of Color Collection is sold exclusively online at Nordstrom! It’s not available in-store, so my fit tips will come in extra handy for determining your own size!
How quickly will it sell out?
There’s really no way of knowing, but there has been considerable excitement and response leading up to tomorrow’s launch! And while we’re all committed to making sure there is enough inventory, every Collection has pieces that sell out quickly. Our Resort Collection started selling out within hours of launching, so I’d plan on shopping early so you don’t miss out!
Will there be restocks?
There are no plans for restocks, but often times people order multiple sizes and return one…so I’ll keep you updated when those come back!
Where does it ship? Will it ship international?

How quickly can I get my new Summer of Color pieces?
The Collection is stocked and ready to ship, so orders will be processed as soon as they come in. If you need them asap, simply select one of the expedited shipping options at check-out.
What’s your return policy?
Shipping and returns are all done through Nordstrom, and their stellar customer service will be there to assist you.
What sizes will be available?
We’re thrilled to offer size-inclusivity for this Collection! Every piece will be available in a range of sizes from XXS Petite to 3X. We are passionate about all women being able to wear the Gibson x Hi Sugarplum Summer of Color Collection, and special attention was paid to the individual cut and fit for the petite, plus, and regular sizes. Gibson has been a leader in the industry for size-inclusivity, and uses actual models for sizing (not just scaling up or down!), for the most-flattering fits.
What’s the price range of the Collection?
You know budget-friendly pieces are my jam, so the majority of the Collection is around $50, and nothing is over $100! The quality is incredible, and we created pieces that are flattering, feminine, and chic, with so much versatility. Extra care was given to selecting the fabrics, colors, and patterns, and I think you’re going to love them like I do!
What size are you wearing in the line?
We fit each piece consistently across the Collection, and were diligent about making it true to size. I’ll be sharing my size in each piece, and suggestions for fit on the blog tomorrow.

Are all the pieces dry clean only? Do any have easy wash instructions?
They typically recommend hand wash, but I always wash on delicate and hang dry (some I even put in the dryer)!

I’m wondering if there are plans to add a line of clothing for tall people? I’m nearly 5′ 10″ but weight-height ratio appropriate. I’m not convinced the sleeves and trousers would be long enough… Thanks.
