I LOVE buying gifts for people….and I love wrapping them up in pretty little packages even more!
Right after I featured the notecards from Pixelimpress in my Hostess with the Mostess post, I won my very first giveaway in Blogland, from Sarah at Flourish Design + Style! And funny enough, the giveaway was Gift Tags from Pixelimpress!!
I’ve never used gorgeous tags like these on my packages, so I decided to showcase them and let them shine!
Our tree is all green and white lights this year (we’ll tour the house tomorrow), so I went with a red and white color scheme on the packages to really accent the colors. I love how the gift tags make each present look extra special!
I continued my reign as the worst snowflake maker in history, by making a few for some packages (it is the theme of our decor this year). While I don’t love the snowflake designs, I love how cute the effect is with a bow or crystal bead glued to the center.
By using all the same color paper and ribbon, it made wrapping so much easier! Everything mix-and-matched beautifully.

(Little take-out boxes are my favorite for wrapping up gift cards!)
I’m about half-way done with all my gift wrapping, and besides a stiff back, I’m still having fun with it! I view each package as it’s own little masterpiece for the recipient.
Here’s a peek at the green tree and red packages…so festive!
And the color coordinating breakfast room, adjacent to the den:
So much for saving all the House Tour for tomorrow. How’s your wrapping coming along….or are you still shopping?!

I've barely even begun shopping! Your wrappings looks amazing, Cassie.
I happen to love your snowflakes and agree that they add just the right festive touch.

Shopping done, wrapping not even started. These are adorable. You don't have to get me a present but can I just have one of the gift tags?? Ha!
Shopping almost done, what is bought is wrapped and hidden so hubby doesn't give it to them early! I wish my wrapping was that gorgeous but I have little two year old hands that love to destroy bows (I hid the presents from hubby… the kids know where they are)
Maegan could have used those tags for her cheveron post the other day, too cute!
I still have a crap load of shopping left to do, it is stressing me out. Just went online to amazon and ordered a bunch of gifts- thank god for online shopping! Love those tags!! I would like those for everyday gifts with our name on them!
I love coordinating paper! I've been doing it for a few years, and it just makes your life so much easier! I love the little snowflakes on the packages! Too cute! I've been adding tiny ornaments to our presents to give it a little something extra.
I still have shopping to do…boo! …and I haven't wrapped one thing! 🙂 I swear, I PROCRASTINATE with the best of them!
Love those tags! Your packages look awesome. I am impressed that you have so much wrapping done! I am not done shopping and haven't started wrapping…probably will do that next week..with a glass of wine in hand.:)thecoolkidsblog.com

Congrats on the win and even better, they look *fabulous*!!!! (c: I'm pretty sure I would stick a cheveron stripe on just about anything…

Ahh you should see my post tomorrow! 🙂 Yours all look great. Love the Sound of Music Reference. I think you created that title to send us all a subliminal message and have it stuck in our heads all day!
These gift tags are awesome!!! I don't think I knew she made them. Your photos look like straight out of Martha:) I'm thinking online shopping will save my sanity this year- at least I hope!
The tags are so great! I'm planning to start my shopping this weekend… where did December go?
Your gifts look SO good!! I actually used that same red and white paper for my gifts! 🙂
They look great and I love the snowflakes! I'm a new reader, found you through Honey We're Home. Great blog!
I haven't even started wrapping yet, just not one of my favorite things to do, if they turned out like yours though it would be so worth it:) Beautiful tree and presents!
Love the detail on the gifts. I think it is so much fun to come up with a new design for the gifts each year, and I think it is much more enjoyable to open them as well. I like the snowflakes, nothing like the look of homemade. You could always say the kids made them anyway 😉
cassie, the presents look beautiful!!!! love those tags! everything just looks perfect.
The tags looks great, they really do stand on their own. You could have wrapped them in newspaper and still looked good!
I've got a few things left to shop for but haven't had a chance to wrap. I LOVE wrapping too!
cute wrapping!
gorgeous wrapping! those cards are soo pretty!
Your Christmas presents are perfect! I love the wrapping paper, the ribbons, the tags, all of it! And I love your tree, too!! Nice job!
Those tags are adorable. I wish we did something more creative like that! Oh well, our tags from Target work, too. Your snowflakes are great, Cassie! I like that option, instead of the typical bow. Can't wait for the house tour tomorrow!
Adorable!
Oh I am so envious of those tags. They are great!!! The gifts look fantastic. Shopping is almost in the bag!
The gift tags are so gorgeous and i totally love the way you have wrapped your presents – the paper and the ribbons and snowflakes! Stunning! The stripy wrap is my fave!
Rachie xo
Love those tags! Almost finished shopping, wrapped half the girls gifts today!! Just really need to shop for hubby (impossible) and stocking stuffers (my favorite). I am feeling a bit less stressed now.
Gorgeous my dear, just gorgeous! xoxo
Your gift wrapping looks amazing! Love how everything coordinates!
Your packages are little works of art! So pretty! Those tags are wonderful. And, I love your snowflakes. I'm not even 1/3 done with my shopping.
it's a treat for me to see my work displayed in such a beautiful way! thank you, cassie!
I love wrapping presents and get so sad when we deliver them all on Christmas and our tree is bare again 🙁 Should totally think about coordinating wrapping paper each year!
