I’m super excited about today’s post… one, because I found some incredible new pieces from one of your most requested brands, and two, because my darling girl is helping me show it off!
I recently did a poll on my social media asking ‘If you could only shop at one retailer for the rest of your life… who would it be?!’ It was definitely a wide range of responses, but the one place that popped up most was Athleta! And I don’t blame you, if I only get one style of clothes for the rest of my life, I certainly want them to be as comfy as they are cute!
Even Little Miss jumped at the chance to pick out new Athleta pieces. After all, the girl lives in leggings.
There’s a lot to love about Athleta styles, and the brand itself…
- Athleta is size inclusive, and most everything comes in 0-26 for petite, tall, and regular, so their styles are for everyone! And they showcase them as such on both their website and in-store mannequins.
- The fabrics are buttery soft and the seams are smooth, so there’s no scratching or chaffing. Plus, they’re so well-made they last for years.
- They offer a super liberal return policy, even encouraging you to work out in your new pieces before deciding if you want to keep them!
- The colors are vivid and the prints so cute. And even better, they fit like a glove for all your active needs.
- Many of their pieces are made in a Fair Trade Certified Factory.

We both went with classic styles we can wear to the gym or around town. The hardest part was narrowing down which colors we wanted… no surprise I went with ‘dragonfruit pink.’

This cotton hoodie is so soft, and perfect for throwing on after a workout, or running around town. I chose white to pair with all my workout wear, and a certain someone has already swiped it from my closet!

Little Miss is very particular about her activewear, and she adores Athleta… so it’s completely teen-approved! Athleta Girl offers sizes up to youth 16, so she’s able to shop from there (thus saving me money!) or Women’s. The colors and styles are similar across both brands, so they mix and match perfectly.
Not only does she feel confident in the styles, but loves how nothing scratches or slips.
